I didn’t even place an order; I stopped in to use the restroom first while passing through. An employee exited a bathroom stall while I was washing my hands (there is only one sink) and left without washing their hands. This is a hygiene concern.

This place is a joke, I can’t tell you how many time we have gone to this location and they have made our order wrong. Today I did a mobile order, I pulled into the drive through and was the only one in the drive through. I waited 10 minutes then they asked me to pull to the front where I waited another 10 minutes before walking inside where I waited another 10 minutes. Food was cold and our entire order was wrong. I have been going to Taco Bell my whole life and don’t think I will be returning.

Well it had been forever since the last visit to any Taco Bell so the venue was very different but the server was great very patient with me. I was just wanting a tostado but apparently they no longer serve those or the pinto beans. The nenue was very foreign to me I couldn't find really anything that didn't have meat so I ordered a cheese roll and nachos supreme mince the meat with extra beans and then for my friend I ordered a #7 meal. So I got to the window paid $25.59 for dinner. Got home and first opened my cheese roll which was the best thing that I received cause it was just that melted cheese wrapped in a tortilla, perfect for me. Next we opened the crunchy taco which came in the #7 along with a chicken chulupa a beefy burrito and for desert the cinnamon twists. Sounds like alot of food doesn't it.. Well the beefy burrito looked like a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream we couldn't find not one piece of meat. The chicken chulupa was more like a lettuce chulupa oh there was chicken in it all of about 5 very small cubes pieces of chicken but was overwhelmed with lettuce and sour cream. And as far as my nachos supreme goes that was a joke it was more like tortilla chips with a tablespoon of beans and a tablespoons of cheese sauce with a squirrel of sour cream and a couple of tomato pieces. I have added pics to share with you.. But now I know why I do not visit Taco Bell. The quality of their food sucks and their prices are outrageous even if you try and eat off their supposed value menu. But hey this is only my opinion though I can honestly tell you I will not be visiting another Taco Bell and do not recommend this food establishment to anyone... Again, this is only my opinion..
I got to give it a one-star review right now. I placed my order in the Drive-Thru I got up paid for my order and I got somebody else's order. I went back through the drive-thru I gave the order back. Now I didn't do anything to it. I got my right order. I pull around to the parking lot to park to eat my chalupa and I watched the order that I just gave back through the drive-thru go out to the parked car that was waiting for that order. I believe a new order should have been made for the parked car. Hope they enjoy their chicken quesadilla box n 2 nacho fries.

This Taco Bell is always clean a has excellent customer Service. One employee specifically is an excellent person. His name is Justin. He is polite, cares about the customer/person(I am handicapped and he offered to get my order and take it to my table), he checked on me during my visit including getting me extra condiments and a drink refill. He is efficient and has good manners/customer service. He is an asset to your company and deserves a raise!
