I hope this place gets better. Employees need to pay more attention to orders. They don't ask if your coffee is a hot or cold yet you ask for hot and they give you a cold coffee anyways.. then we went again in the evening asked for w scoops of ice cream.. labels of icecream flavors are not posted, I ask what flavor one was and she answered I don't know .. so I said give one scoop of a certain flavor well she just assumed I wanted 2 scoops of the same.. then we opened the fridge to buy a prepackaged pint and the container was really soft . Obviously they aren't at the right temp. Owner needs to keep an eye on his business. Employees don't seem to care and are not paying attention to their duties. I'll stick to Starbucks .. never disappointed with service at Starbucks.. Nogales Baskin Robbins is failing
