Horrible place as soon as we got there. The guard was already stating we had to consume 30 -40 dollars to park there. My husband asked to speak to the manager and she stated that she was the owner and that was the police. Because they’re close to the border and people just buy and leave their cars and leave we were quick to leave as that place ain’t welcoming but quick to awsome. Every time I've tried this place (3).. food wrong. Employees act as if they can't understand or speak English. Even when shown the picture of the food attempting to order. Highly recommend NOT eating at this establishment. Just bad all the way around. If I wasn't forced to ad a star rating it would be a ZERO. Not even addressing the roaches walking the dining room area as there Employees. I honestly feel the roaches would comprehend better. Disgusting ? stay far away from this Burger King.

I moved to the area 3 years ago and found customer service in Nogales to be lacking and even non-existent at times, but today my experience far exceeded my expectations. The manager and staff were professional attentive and polite. The food was exactly what you expect from BK. Will definitely frequent this Burger King.

Always excellent service, clean restaurant and atmosphere.
On Saturday, July 20, I arrived looking for parking in this place, since they have this service and it was at capacity, I was waiting for one to vacate, when suddenly a very despotic person came out and told my wife to vacate his place. property, with anti-sounding and disrespectful words towards my wife and me. For years we had consumed both food and paid rent to his property to use the parking lot, then it turned out that this Anglo-Saxon person is a racist, who trampled us with his way of expressing himself.
Hoping that you take care of this person and if you have the opportunity to look for other parking lots in the area, use those better, and not go through what we went through.

This is a great BK! Always so clean, the service is fast and friendly! Very clean restrooms. The owners are part of the team! Not in the back office in the AC , they are out there working and providing the service with their team they also have parking for a quick walk to Mexico.
