I was in line to cross the border from Mexico to the US for 4hours, I love eating the guacamole bacon hamburger with the waffle fries, and I go there because i love the food since I was a child. And they are one of the few that offer the lettuce instead of bread for the hamburger, so I walk-in get in line I had to go to the bathroom and asked if I could go to the bathroom first and then order, he was like no, very rude he said I won’t let you use the bathroom until you order, so I walked out, drove across the street to ihop, went to the bathroom, btw ihop does not have the bathrooms locked up like if one is a criminal, or hold it against you until you order. Just rude and no customer service I will not stem in another carls ever, my proteins hamburgers will only be from in- n- out, I’ll send a complaint to corporate, so they see how this Carl’s Jr is representing all of them, with rude cashiers and holding the bathrooms hostage until one orders , all I wanted was to pee, eat a guacamole bacon hamburger wrapped in a lettuce wrap with waffle fries, because of the interaction with the cashier I will never have exact meal again, well not from Carl’s Jr, would not recommend this one Carl’s Jr for the mentioned issues. In Heinz sight I should have walked to the gas station next door, they deal with people like adults

I had such a great experience at this Carl’s Jr! The place was clean, the food came out hot and fresh, and the staff was super friendly and quick. You can tell they actually care about customer service — my order was perfect and they even double-checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Definitely one of the best Carl’s Jr locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure!
