Sricker shock when you see your bill! Two medium salads and two medium soft drinks $39.76 Worst part is that they only give you four ingredients after you choose your miniature scoops of protein even though they have over 16 items to add to your expensive dish. After I got i requested carrots, cux, peas, and bacon bits I wanted to add a bit of cheese and or sprouts and got a firm NO unless you pay extra! The tables were dirty and unattended and no one seemed to care. People were wiping down their own tables and removing debris from the previous sucker who at there too like we had to. Could have gone to Safeway and bought not only salad ingredients but probably drinks too for the same amount! Ridiculous, never eat there again. What a rip off!

The food is good. Please be careful how you order here. They will not give you an option if there's something cheaper. For example you ask for a salad; they charge you to add chicken even though you did not ask to add chicken or a protein. And then they wave you off and pretend like they didn't do it. They overcharge you for a can of soda when they could have offered an option of a fountain drink. Again because they did not offer a choice.

Super bad service, I write it in Spanish because the employees are not going to understand English, one of us ordered chickpeas in my salad, and the lady who prepared it doesn't know that in English chickpea is chickpea and she told me green peace that those are peas. Furthermore, I didn't add the two dressings that I ordered, I dialed to talk about the mistakes they made and the lady with an attitude, I told her what happened and she answered me in a very rude way that she wants me to do it? The truth is, I want you to do your job. The salad is not free. I pay for the services and to be treated that way is not good for me. Hire people who speak the language and who like to work because they can be rude, eh, equal in their own way. house but when they are paying you to provide a service the least you can do is respect the clients, you can tell that he is an uneducated person I eat at city salad once a week or two but I don't think I will go back to this I don't want to have to come across With those types of unpleasant employees I hope City Salad looks at my message and does something about it….
