This is definitely one of the worst dunkin in the country and I have been to alot of them. First of all they have made it very clear to me that they either don't like me or just white people. I order food and while I'm wait the Mexicans behind me order and their stuff is being made while they order all while I'm still waiting for then to even start my food. If I didn't like dunkin I would not return but I like the food so I have no choice but to put up with it. Also some american music would be nice instead of your Latin music that I can't understand

I witnessed 2 incidents some horrendous customer Fischer , Denise ! She seems to enjoy berating the employees! I talking from experience! I will keep posting even if they keep reporting! She used to work at McDonalds years ago. I wonder is that her motive! I’ve had wonder conversations with the employees! Great experience when order coffee. I don’t mind wait, good coffee was made easy. Great donuts and service!!

Fast when you order ahead from the app, not so fast when you go in there and some of the baristas talk to you in Spanish without knowing if you actually speak Spanish so, I go in there speaking in English and they answer to me in Spanish and it throws me out of wack 😩 The parking lot is an absolute disgrace, holes everywhere! Also, when did people stop wearing nets on their hair when handling food? Every single person preparing the drinks and serving the ice cream has long hair and no nets! The positive: I went to 3 different Dunkin in the East Coast and all of them failed to properly make my Iced Matcha latte with almond milk, the baristas at this location prepare my drink like no other ☺️

I went there today coffee had no flavor and hours later it gave me a stomachache ? sad to say it was horrible and 2 of the people that were there the cashier was friendly but the other employee looked kinda rude never again will i drink from there
