All Employees need to work on their customer service/ social skills, especially the lady with the red hair, she was rude to my whole family. When we ask for spoons or anything. she would give us Attitude. The environment felt unwelcoming. The place needs to be kept clean & restocked.

The hospitality at this location was extremely poor. Xiomara had a rude and dismissive attitude, showed no interest in helping customers, and refused to provide her name when asked. This is not welcoming behavior and creates a negative experience for guests. Based on my visit and my family’s past experience with her, it seems this employee consistently treats customers this way, which makes the store feel uninviting.

Typical business here in Nogales, that's why people including myself refuse to patronize after our first visit. Green Valley location 30 minutes away is worth the drive.

Kid have horrible customer service they have a pile of online order tickets and you get there and they have you waiting for your order. What the point of the online ordering. They give customers attitude like they are doing you a favor.

The worst place ever. There is only one girl who does her job shes a younger girl slender built. Every other person and the guys are absolutely horrible. No lids for ice-creams stale donuts no receipts. Sometimes hostile towards customers. They have no skills no customer service seems like they are toddlers with no common sense. Can't give back change. Don't even know the menu. Have mo answers to simple questions. It's just sad.

The food is ok and the atmosphere is normal for that type of establishment. The service is the worst, I went to order an ice cream cone and saw the female sticking her finger in it while gossiping with another employee. When I confronted her she denied it (obviously) and I requested another ice cream cone which she gave me but when an attitude, when she was giving me the ice cream she almost throw it to me. I do not reccomend this establishment because if the employees have the audacity do to that infront of the clients imagine what are they doing when you go in the drive thru.

My husband bought this drink yesterday 05/10/25 He noticed he was swallowing something so he stopped drinking his coffee. When he arrives home he notices that there was a bunch of mini pieces of tinfoil. We tried calling the location and the phone is out of service. Beware with your drinks and always check

This is definitely one of the worst dunkin in the country and I have been to alot of them. First of all they have made it very clear to me that they either don't like me or just white people. I order food and while I'm wait the Mexicans behind me order and their stuff is being made while they order all while I'm still waiting for then to even start my food. If I didn't like dunkin I would not return but I like the food so I have no choice but to put up with it. Also some american music would be nice instead of your Latin music that I can't understand
