To make this long story short this location used to be good then after giving it a chance 3 times the chicken is just overly dry and the buns are dishusting and they barely put any sauce on anything. On rare occasion the chicken will be somewhat fresh.

So I really don't understand how an employee has been sitting on a piece of equipment for 15 min and the manager never says anything. How disgusting is this. Do I need to contact the dept of health to report this
