Lamentablemente, tuve una muy mala experiencia en este restaurante debido a la falta de calidad en el servicio. Hemos sido clientes fieles por más de 10 años, pero después de lo ocurrido, posiblemente no volvamos.
Desde que llegamos, la anfitriona estaba distraída con su celular y ni siquiera nos saludó. Al sentarnos, el mesero atendió a otras mesas antes que a nosotros, incluyendo una que llegó después. Pasaron más de cinco minutos sin que nadie nos atendiera o nos dirigiera la palabra, lo que nos llevó a tomar la decisión de irnos. Para rematar, al salir, la anfitriona ni siquiera notó nuestra partida.
Es decepcionante ver cómo ha bajado la calidad del servicio en un lugar al que solíamos acudir con frecuencia. La atención al cliente es clave en cualquier restaurante, y desafortunadamente aquí dejó mucho que desear.

I went yesterday and the food was mediocre without seasoning, as was the service, the waiters talk to you as if you were their friend, not the customer. At the time of paying we were told "we do not accept separate accounts" to which in that situation we accepted and decided to pay a single account but since we were 2 different people with different cards the half corresponding to each one, to which we were told again "separate accounts are not accepted because the cashiers get confused" they don't know the concept of separate accounts and how is it the customer's problem that the cashier's person gets confused???? Instead of making it more accessible, the opposite. Honestly, I don't want to go back.

It made me sick to my stomach. Tampico has TOO MUCH CHILI. It makes me want to pass on the doctor's and medicine bill to them. I NEVER go back. Furthermore, when taking the order over the phone, the person who served was either in a bad mood or just didn't like their job.
