Nogales as a small town offers well over a hundred restaurants to choose from, and most of them are on a narrow strip of land along Highway 19, also known as Grand Avenue. This place is one of my favorites for good, clean food and friendly service. The chips are straight out of a bag but they're fresh and not greasy. The salsa is raw veges processed in a blender. Beef tamales are delicious. Margarita's kick butt. It's a dive and that's part of the charm.
Just on a Saturday drive with family visiting and came across this cute little place, not a very busy spot but perfect for us. Beverages are available and food is delicious! I would definitely come back. Home style atmosphere and friendly staff. Great to bring children and the elderly.
