Such a wonderful little shop the ice cream was super good the owner was also super friendly 10/10 would recommend such a good experience
I had a horrible experience here and would not recommend this place to anyone. I was completely overcharged and when I brought it up to the woman working there she laughed in my face instead of trying to fix the issue. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.
On top of that she charged me $4 just to put chamoy on a bag of chips I brought in myself not even chips I bought there and it was barely even a small squirt. Charging that much for something so small is ridiculous and honestly feels like a scam.
The whole interaction left a really bad impression. Instead of helping or explaining anything she acted like it was funny. Terrible customer service and very shady pricing. I definitely will not be coming back.
She charged me 5 extra dollars for no reason
Delicious housemade ice creams!! The family that runs the store is super nice. I had the hawaiana, which was a delightful suprise, and their pistachio(my favorite) was one of the best I have ever had. Generous portions.

Every time my family visits Nogales I have to stop by La Reina! The employees are absolutely amazing. They give you 💯 even if you’re not sure what to choose from the delicious menu. I would highly recommend!

Went in for ice cream and a cold water . Placed our orders and sat down. Once we sat down it was super hot . Our ice creams melted and we were drenched in sweat. We have been coming here for 8 years. We let the ladies know and they could care less.

Friendly customer service! Desserts are a real treat. There’s plenty of choices & never had an issue having a treat customized the way I like it. Ice cream & Mexican shaved ice is bomb!
