Went there last night, after paying I pulled up to the second window, they handed me some stuff that was apart of my order but not my full order then closed the window and had me waiting there for a bit. The lady opened the window to see what I had wanted. I told her that I was missing half my order still. She tells me to pull to the front and wait for them to take it out to me. I do so, and wait about 20 minutes for 2 hot and spicy and a cheeseburger meal ??. Then when they did give it to me all the food was cold and they had forgotten to give me my drink. Keep in mind the lady who was attending me had an attitude the whole time despite me trying to be the nice because I know working in fast food is hard, but it wasn’t my fault that they didn’t give me my complete order the first time so why have an attitude when it was your mess up?! I payed at 1:27 am and got all my food including my drink at 1:47 am.

If you ever want McDonalds drive down to the border. By the time you finish your meal there you still wouldn’t receive the food here. Don’t use the app for curbside. They ignore curbside for drive through. People barely arrive and they get their food before I even see mine. 40+ minutes wait

They have very very poor service! Especially when inside the restaurant. They always ignore you if you are standing there for service. They hide in the kitchen. They put the food in the counter then quickly run back. Seems like they really want to avoid you. Then you have to wait there for more time just simply because you want to ask for some ketchup or the proper sauces you wanted. It is always the same issue in this McDonald’s. Very bad customer service they don’t say thanks or you welcome. They act like they are doing you a favor. I will not spend my hard earned money anymore at this McDonald’s. Besides it’s not cheap anymore. They really should not hire any Gen Z. I honestly think they are the problem for bad service and no manners

Worst fast food experience possible. The food took 15+ minutes and there appeared to be only the manager/cashier and a fry cook. The manager would handle dirty dollar bills and coins and then step back to the prep line with no washing or gloves. When I commented that it took 15+ minutes for a McChicken, she threw the bag at me and walked away - saying “I’m busy!”

This McDonald's is new has been open for a couple of months. The only McDonald's there is in Rio Rico and by far the worst McDonald's in the state of Arizona. I live 1/2 mile away from these McDonald's. I been driving to the McDonald's in Nogales which is a 10 minute drive for food just because the lack of service, food and atmosphere the Rio Rico McDonald's provides. And the lack of very poor management that McDonald's has.. it's like having a bunch of sloths making your food.

EDIT!! Woah, I'm amazed!! Gave this location another shot I can't believe the turn around. Night and Day the food was amazing! Got exactly what I ordered and it was hot and delicious! Wow! The service was impeccable the young woman working on this night was so friendly and helpful! I don't know what happened but- I'm so happy I enjoyed my food and it was worth every penny!!! Great job!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!
I don't even know where to begin. Maybe I should start by mentioning the 2.2 rating this McDonalds has. Wow! There is Taco stands in other countries with fewer amenities that are cleaner and have better tastier food and have the most friendly workers. I don't get it where are the owners of this restaurant. Why invest so much money and let others run it to the ground. The service is horrible. The workers are terrible. The food is even worse cold, to the point where the cheese looks fake. I'm serious. The meat it rubbery, and the bread is hard. The place is beyond dirty. The customer service does not exist. I could go on and on. To me, this location is just another disappointment for this area. Nogales and Rio Rico will never progress or have anything to look forward to. Nobody cares, not the owners, much less the workers. It's just another failure for the people who live here. I mean, if the owners don't check the reviews or try to improve their service in their restaurant. Then who will!? So sad. I recommend Wendy's they have really stepped up their game. The food it hot and made to oder the service. It is amazing, and just across the way, don't spend your hard earned money here at this McDonalds. It's not worth it.
