It seemed like the workers didn’t care, they got orders wrong for us and other customers, 1/2 an hour to get fast food is ridiculous.

Not only do wait times average 40 minutes or more during off peak times, they treat English speaking customers poorly. Locations near the actual border are faster and kinder so using this is a border town is not an appropriate excuse for unfair and incomplete service.

Went there last night, after paying I pulled up to the second window, they handed me some stuff that was apart of my order but not my full order then closed the window and had me waiting there for a bit. The lady opened the window to see what I had wanted. I told her that I was missing half my order still. She tells me to pull to the front and wait for them to take it out to me. I do so, and wait about 20 minutes for 2 hot and spicy and a cheeseburger meal ??. Then when they did give it to me all the food was cold and they had forgotten to give me my drink. Keep in mind the lady who was attending me had an attitude the whole time despite me trying to be the nice because I know working in fast food is hard, but it wasn’t my fault that they didn’t give me my complete order the first time so why have an attitude when it was your mess up?! I payed at 1:27 am and got all my food including my drink at 1:47 am.

If you ever want McDonalds drive down to the border. By the time you finish your meal there you still wouldn’t receive the food here. Don’t use the app for curbside. They ignore curbside for drive through. People barely arrive and they get their food before I even see mine. 40+ minutes wait

They have very very poor service! Especially when inside the restaurant. They always ignore you if you are standing there for service. They hide in the kitchen. They put the food in the counter then quickly run back. Seems like they really want to avoid you. Then you have to wait there for more time just simply because you want to ask for some ketchup or the proper sauces you wanted. It is always the same issue in this McDonald’s. Very bad customer service they don’t say thanks or you welcome. They act like they are doing you a favor. I will not spend my hard earned money anymore at this McDonald’s. Besides it’s not cheap anymore. They really should not hire any Gen Z. I honestly think they are the problem for bad service and no manners
