Waited for 4 minutes while everyone just talked until they noticed me standing at the counter. Just to be told, they don't take order at the front anymore. You have to order from a kiosk. You have a subway a few feet away. I'm sure they are glad you implemented that rule. I talked about it with the people working in Subway. Before I could even finish my sentence, the gentleman exact words you can't order at the front huh, with a grin on his face. As if saying yeah, you're not the first to come our way after being shot down by mcdonald's.. losing business like that is wild.

What is wrong at this store???Order placed in drive through at 1:30 told me to pull forward, numerous cars and trucks went around me, after I had waited 15 minutes, l called twice as no one seems to understand English.Finally after a bit longer my order arrived, I had requested ketchup for my fries, got none.Their 888 number does not answer, but this store is not even an option. I emailed but got no response.This was not a busy store, but clearly excessive chaos is present. Certainly makes one question food safety. My burger tasted like soap. Judging by the other comments everyone is on their phone or on break.
