Today not a good day. We order online pickup. I stop cause time is up. Order not complete waiting for part of the order an extra 10min

5 min just to be greeted. Phone call purchase with a wait time of 20-25 min. We had to wait 1 hour for our order 😡. Customer service is not surprising in nogales but wait 1 hour.

ordené 8 boneless y el cajero y la supervisora me dieron 6 wings heladas y ellos se dieron cuenta muy mal servicio ni servilletas ni platos
I ordered some boneless, but as I got there I overheard them talking about how someone won’t event notices. So in my order i got wings instead of the boneless i ordered and they were cold! Awful service, no wonder it’s been empty for you guys. Focus on customer service and service over all they are not even nice when they answer the phone calls.
