A very solid Starbucks. My latte was great and they made it just the way I wanted it.
Very clean inside, and the staff is very attentive and friendly.
Here’s my one criticism, which seems to plague a lot of Starbucks:
The music is too damn loud. And that’s saying something since I can’t hear that well.
I get it that you wanna be hip and vibey etc. but you can turn down the music and have even more of a vibe I would think. After all, it is considered a coffee house!
I know, I’m probably old and crusty, but there you go. I do highly recommend this location.

I won’t lie the drinks are great, but it’s been on multiple occasions where they’ve forgotten stuff from order or messed it up. Today for example i asked for 2 venti matcha iced with cold phone, payed 20 dollars just for them to take forever and still give me the wrong size, they gave me a grande. Last time i asked for oat milk and they did not give me oat milk. A time before that i asked for 2 cheese danishes and a brownie and i only received 2 danishes (no brownie) i told the lady today that it was supposed to be a venti and she js said “oh sorry” and js stared at me like what…

Honestly, I have never received a good coffee. Coffees are always either all milk or taste extremely bitter. Workers are ok, inside is decent.

Used to be quick and consistent, but ever since the new staff started, it’s been nothing but confusion, delays, and wrong drinks. The old team always had things running smoothly, but now it feels like no one really knows what they’re doing. Orders get mixed up, drinks come out tasting different every time, and it takes forever to get your coffee even when it’s not busy. I really hope they get the new employees properly trained soon, because this used to be one of the best Starbucks locations around

Placed a mobile order for 3 drinks. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Long waits are the standard for this Starbucks! Took the drinks home which is at least a 10 minute drive. My wife tried her pumpkin spice latte and was disgusted! I tried it and it tasted like muddy water! No pumpkin spice! This is not the first time that we've had a bad drink experience! Most of the time we don't even bother trying to get a new drink because of the time factor! Starbucks is not living up to its standards! Employees are overwhelmed or don't care and management turns a blind eye! Typical for the region!

Great service! Nogales Starbucks is a really busy store since it’s the only one in the city. I can say customers are just so impatient & expect their orders to be done as soon as they order or they come in a hurry 5-10 minutes before having to be somewhere as if there won’t be a wait . Nogales people need to be better & MANAGE YOUR TIME instead leaving bad reviews or getting angry at baristas that are only doing their best at their job. The demand is high!

Went for a birthday drink, tasted like coffee only mixed with water, no flavor whatsoever. Granted its a free drink but was really looking forward to the coffee. Line was to long to go back and request adding something to the drink. Not my favorite starbucks location and not the first time my drinks taste dull.

I went on Sunday at 8:45 pm to get a coffee through drive thru and the employee said it was already close. The store should correct the times, because it said that on Sunday closed at 9pm, and I don’t believe that to make a coffee for more extravagant you ask can’t take 15 min to do it.
The employees look miserable and overly stressed almost every time I go in. It actually worries me a lot about their wellbeing. Service is slow in the afternoon to night time and there's always 3 people against 50. It doesn't make sense. Clearly the poor baristas are overworked, tired, and need more people!!!

SLOW!!! Car pulls up pays, 10 minutes later they get their 2 drinks. Next car pulls up, pays, 6 minutes later gets handed the wrong deing, six minutes later they get the right one.
They used to have good baristas, they've all left. The current ones are slow trash that should be fired.

Ordered a caramel Frappuccino extra caramel was charge for it and no extra returned it and they added sugar to the whip cream and took like 20 minutes just for two drinks
