“December 19 2021 this was the third time going to this establishment and it will be the last customer service is awful long wait for your food and to top it off my wife got sick from the food just a lousy burger I might add. Nogales is constantly harping to buy or consume local really my wife and I will continue to go to Tucson where you feel like a real customer.“

“Had a not so great order and left a comment on a survey. And to my surprise I received a phone call from the manager that they wanted to remake my order to my satisfaction. I was beyond appreciative that they took the time to read my comments and more so that they wanted to make it right. Customer service is above and beyond. I have never had an issue until this time . And I see why never any issues. They take pride in service and serving hot food. And unlike other places across the street they always make an effort to speak to me in English. And I appreciate that so much as my Spanish isn't so great. Thank you management and staff for such great service“
