Tito's Pizza & Italian Eatery

I ordered 2 burgers and 1 pizza. the waiter brought the pizza separate from the burger and then only brought 1 burger ! I waited 10 mins for anyone to even know I was there, and it was empty the waiter didn't speak any English, so when I asked about the missing burger he said I only ordered 1. the pizza was soggy and full of water and cold. the burger was burned the fries were also cold and undercooked. I asked for a plate for my son he gave me a to go box. the plates we were given had food on them. and while paying I discovered there iPad automatically tipped 10 dollars. so I ended up paying 60 dollars for a disgusting pizza and burger. and I couldn't dispute it because the waiter didn't understand English and o one was there to ask for help beside him.I don't speak Spanish. I will never eat here again nor would I recommend it. completely unacceptable.

I will never go back again! The food, service and atmosphere were ok but the bill was astounding! Our bill came out to be doubled from what the menu said and the added a sur charge both times we went that was huge! And they refused to provide an itemized receipt claiming their system was down. They're ripping off their customers.

Live music in a small area is a bad idea. Not yo mention that the music was bad. Stick to Pizza Italian food sucks

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite being the only ones there, we waited over an hour for our food, and even then, it didn’t arrive all at once. This meant we all ate at different times, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the food itself was bland and lacked flavor. The staff didn’t seem concerned about the delays or make any effort to address the situation. With no clear explanation for the poor service, this visit fell far short of expectations.

The service was horrible! We made a reservation for 15 people. There were only a couple of servers available and only two cooks in the kitchen. It took 1 hour just to get soups and salads and more than 2 hours to get our food. Two of the people never got their order and had to cancel it. The wine was overpowering on the chicken marsala so the person was unable to eat it. A couple more got sick eating the chicken parmigiana. They only accepted cash and the cashier kept the change. Didn’t even ask if it was ok to keep it. Do not recommend this place at all!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Waited for over 1 hour to get the food ordered. Had prior reservations for 15 people. Food was duscusting. Didn't get correct food ordered. Don't recommend going to this place.

Horrible we got there at 530 and didnt get our food till 8 pm thats crazy service was horrible the girl kept forgetting our drinks and took forever for refills and didnt pick up our used plates till we left never again

Absolutely amazing food and service. Very friendly armosphere. Best pizza we have ever had anywhere.

Went for the first time and it became my favorite place! The food, service, ambiance was absolute perfect. They have a beautiful patio area and the couple that sung is what made it like no other.

We've been to Tito's over a dozen times, and I gave it 3 stars because it's hit or miss dining here. Sometimes the service is good, other times, not so much! The pasta is always good (especially the farfalla), the pizza can be, depending on who is making it. The biggest "complaint" I have is the lack of consistency the place has, whether it's the pizza or the service. By the way, Caesar salads have croutons in it, lol! Overall, it's not a bad place to grab some food, but the service and consistency could be better!
