Wingstop Nogales

The place is very small, so you have to move your table to get seated. They don't take your order quickly; I had to go find someone from the staff to serve you; they just came by my table. The food is very expensive; a can of soda costs $51, which isn't enough because the food is so spicy that you have to order another one. The chicken in my burger was raw and tasteless, and it took a long time to get it. They told me those orders take a long time (it took an hour). The ranch tasted strongly of garlic, and the boneless burgers were very tough. I expected better service for the high prices; it was my first and last time there.

Kid-friendliness: It is not suitable for children, there is nothing on the menu for them, except potatoes.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
They have like 10 employees, all talking and not paying attention and to make matters worse they had me waiting for a long time after taking my order so that in the end they told me THEY DID NOT HAVE WINGS!!!!! on a Friday afternoon what??? How can it be possible that they don't have what they sell??? The manager is apparently not aware

I was going to write a bible of my experience but I'll reserve it, it's crap, with all due respect, the wings that come in a Bachoco package taste better.

Exaggerated waiting time, it is the fifth or sixth time I have come and it is the second time I have left after half an hour waiting for them to even attend to me.

Disorganized, noisy, small and uncomfortable. I don't recommend it and the food is not worth it.

Bad service, the workers look at you with pity while they ignore you and continue doing their thing.

Last Thursday the 19th we spent more than 55 minutes waiting for the order... it did not arrive at our table when I approached the manager and asked the kitchen for it, the waiter had not passed it on for processing, so I paid for the soft drinks and left about the place, I honestly don't think I will return... too bad, poor investors left their business in very bad hands, that's why they close the good franchises because they neglect the clientele... LET THE MANAGER BE RELIEVED

There is no capsule and the food takes a long time
