Very good Excellent Service and attention from the staff.Only one thing surprised me and it was that the purchase of both the wings and the boneless ones do not include ranch dressing. That is, they charge you separately. I've never had that before, in any wing restaurant...that didn't include ranch dressing. I mean it's like you can have French fries and ketchup isn't included. My experience at Wingstop was disappointing and turned into a true culinary nightmare. It was my first visit to this establishment and I was very dissatisfied. I requested wings, the chain's main dish, but they gave me boneless, arguing that there were no more wings available. Later, when ordering boneless with habanero mango flavor, I received an order of spicy korean. Both the wings and sauces I originally chose were absent. Even when ordering crispy fries, I was served wedges. Also, when ordering a mineral drink, it turned out to be excessively sweet and, instead of replacing it, they diluted it with water.The waiter's attitude was very unpleasant; They did not know how to manage the situation properly, they did not treat us with respect and they acted according to their own criteria. To top it all off, while we were dealing with this series of inconveniences, the customers at the next table were humiliated by being asked if they wanted anything else, even though they had not even been served anything.To make matters worse, at the end of this unfortunate experience, the restaurant staff had the nerve to ask us for a tip.
