Super clean, super nice staff and very impressive the way our food was prepared. They made the food perfect and you can tell they were happy to work at this location. No joke everyone working was in a good mood! Jess took out order and what a nice change to have happy service.

The staff is always so friendly the store is nice and clean. I never have to look for a clean table. My food is always nice and fresh. I have not had an issue with getting anything wrong and the bathrooms are always clean. . The managers are all super helpful and friendly

The facility had several dirty tables when there were plenty of employees standing around chatting. However the facility and bathrooms were clean otherwise. The food service was fast and friendly. But the food was room temperature at best. I give 3 stars because the flavor was still there but the cold food was not acceptable. There was no need to rush the food out. There was plenty of time to spare heating it up and they didn't. There was no crowd of people either in the restaurant or in the drive thru.

I asked for a sandwich plain and dry. I took it back to the counter the first time and got exactly the same thing the second time. Third time it was made correctly. They did give us free shakes and coupons for the next time we go. That was nice of them.

First time at this location, and I don't understand what took so long... it doesn't help that I was already frustrated from just having waited in another drive-thru line WAY too long, but no one was in this drive-thru, and I was hungry, so I was excited to just get some food quickly.
I pulled up, took a moment to look at the menu, then ordered one sandwich and a small fry ($11). Drove around to the window and paid. Then, was asked to pull around front and park because they had to make fresh chicken for the sandwich, which I appreciate! However, just about the time I wondered if they forgot about me and I started calling the store to ask, someone came out with my food (which ended up being subpar - not awful, not fantastic).
I guess I just didn't understand what took so long when I was virtually the only one there (I saw one other person go through the drive-thru, and one person walk in and back out with food while I waited). The cost and quality of the food wasn't worth waiting that long. I'll probably not go back.
