While traveling from az to ca we stopped here for food. It had been a while since we had arbys. the restaurant was nice and clean. Staff was quick to take are order food came out in quick time and was nice and hot taste was great. Would stop again if we were ever in the area

On 10/31 my family visited this store using the drive through. When we got home we found that we were missing two sandwiches from our order. I called and spoke with a manager by the name of Savannah who was very apologetic and told me my name would be written down with the two items to be replaced and to stop by at my convenience to receive them. Today,11/30, at 2:45 pm we were nearby the establishment, which we do not live near, and attempted to get our two promised plus order more food. I brought in my original receipt and had written a note on it about what I was told and her name. Whoever the assistant manager was on duty today flat out refused in a very rude in dismissive way telling me that there’s a time frame and that it’s been too long. I informed him I was told at my convenience and he was even more adamant I he couldn’t do it and went on to say that Savannah doesn’t work there any longer and none of the managers do actually. Instead of ordering $40+ more in food today along with receiving the two items we never got, we walked out for how awful we were treated. At this point we are out $20 and two awful experiences at this restaurant. We typically visit one to two times per month and will no longer at this point.

Although the food is what you would expect from Arbys, everytime I come here if's pipping hot, the line is moving quickly and the service is top notch. I came through the drive through the other day and was outstounded by the patience and speed of the cashier, they knew the answer to every question and even asked about my preferences which I appreciated. I am sorta disappointed as the last two times I've been they forgot to put the sauces I asked for in the bag, I suppose a little bit my fault for not checking.

Ordered gyro and before taking first bite, the pita broke completely in my hand and fell apart, dropping all of the meat and sauce. This meant the pita bread was stale and even felt like cardboard. Never seen this from any other location. Service was slow and unwelcoming. Check your food before leaving if you can.

I had the most wonderful experience the cashier I think her name is is Lauren . She was so friendly and helpful. She recommended great food she provided excellent customer service. She was also super beautiful and friendly.even though she was busy she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.that girl needs a raise I will definitely be coming back !

The Italian sandwich is only sold through marketing. Ordered one this week and was sorely disappointed. Way to small, salty, distribution of sauce wasn't consistent and the amount of meat was a joke. Should've spent money on two Q's for $6 instead. Don't bother with your money on this sandwich. Staff was very friendly, though.
For great food at a great price Arby's is the place to go. Was served by the sweetest lady named Rhonda who was so welcoming and has the best smile.

I came in to get some food. Went inside and there were no customers. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes I saw they had 4 drive thru orders and one for uber eats. No one came to the counter so I went to the drive thru. There was only the 4 cars. I got to the order box and they asked me to wait. After 3 cars got their order and left i asked if someone was there. An employee said it will be a few minutes they have a lot of orders. Well 0 in store and one in the drive thru and one Uber eats doesn't seem like a lot to me after over 30 minutes of waiting I left.
