The facility had several dirty tables when there were plenty of employees standing around chatting. However the facility and bathrooms were clean otherwise. The food service was fast and friendly. But the food was room temperature at best. I give 3 stars because the flavor was still there but the cold food was not acceptable. There was no need to rush the food out. I asked for a sandwich plain and dry. I took it back to the counter the first time and got exactly the same thing the second time. Third time it was made correctly. They did give us free shakes and coupons for the next time we go. That was nice of them.

First time at this location, and I don't understand what took so long... it doesn't help that I was already frustrated from just having waited in another drive-thru line WAY too long, but no one was in this drive-thru, and I was hungry, so I was excited to just get some food quickly.
