Charred Pie Reviews
My husband considers himself an expert of wood fired pizza! Rates the pepperoni with hot honey drizzle a 10. We are here from North Carolina traveling to the National Parks for a few months and loved the proximity to Catalina State Park. Would definitely recommend your restaurant to others. Local draft brew and service on a busy Friday night was superb. Rhonda
We visited and ate for the 1st time.
Very friendly and good Sausage Pizza 🍕 😋 5 Stars for service and delicious food.
We'll be back!! Oh BTW, Marley our Service K-9 was welcomed to eat with us outside. ❤️ he enjoyed the breeze and shade and maybe a bite of cheese.
Great food and service! Always enjoy going here.

Charred Pie is a restaurant that has been visited multiple times, offering a range of experiences. The service is generally described as good, but there can be delays in taking orders and bringing the check. On one occasion, a phone order resulted in a burnt and cold pizza, which was disappointing.
The food, in general, has received positive feedback, with the pizza having great toppings, despite being a bit greasy. The pepperoni with hot honey drizzle is rated a 10 by pizza experts. The gyro is delicious, and the chicken sandwich has had mixed reviews. Initially, it was well-liked, but a change in preparation was not well-received, with the addition of greasy bacon and a pretzel roll that was described as tasteless and cardboard-like. A request was made to revert to the original brioche buns.
Service can vary—some nights are superb, with timely delivery and excellent local draft brew, while other times, waiters are hard to find, making it difficult to order drinks or dessert. Overall, there is potential for a good dining experience at Charred Pie, but there are areas for improvement. Its proximity to Catalina State Park makes it a convenient stop for travelers.
