We just left and we had one of the best servers.We probably have ever had her name was kelia, and she was the sweetest, most attentive caring person in the world.This close to the holidays that you could think of and I know working for restaurants close to the holidays is not an easy job.And we appreciate how sweet and kind.She was to us.We even had my service dog with me and she still was so sweet.And attentive, when I told her by accident that my doggy had knocked over her water before we left, she goes no problem.We'll make sure it's all cleaned up.She was so sweet and I highly recommend if you have the chance to go to try and get her as your server

Yummy food and great service! This sounds alarming but I have had the witches brew margaritas at multiple locations and this place does it the best. Heavy pour, yet well balanced.

Love this location and usually come here every week. Service is always great. With the new menu change they too off both the skillet quest and white quest dip. Replaced with a less tasteful, runny southwest quest dip. Not good at all. Lost a co listens customer until the original dips return!

We have people on a long term project here staying the Holiday Inn by Chilis. We have been going in after work hours for a beer and dinner last night the 28th of Oct.The service is pretty lax. We ordered ribs and when she brought it out and put it on the bar and left. We waited and then stopped her and asked for utensils, napkins and salt and pepper. She just blew that off and waited on others and ignored our request. We waited and nothing. Finally we just stood up and put a twenty down for our beers which we did not drink and then she came over with no utensils and looked at us like what is going on. We said we are leaving and that your service was inexcusable. We have always been courteous and respectful. Left good tips always. We went up the road to a BBQ & Brew establishment and were treated better than excellent. We left our waitress with a 75% tip and that will be our new place from now on. C'mon Chili's Manager.. you can do better.

Too bad, from hero to zero. First time(Thursday)ribs were delicious, meaty and fresh. This time dried out, reheated, not edible. Would have talked to the manager but he was busy. Difference between a Monday lunch and a Thursday? Others at my table enjoyed their hamburger and Quesadilla, but a zero for the ribs.

I went to Chilis last week, the first time since they got their new menus and was disappointed the chicken salad was taken off the lunch menu. If I remember correctly it was 10.99 (with a soda I believe) and now it is 15.39.. WOW... there is now no salad in the lunch specials. a 50% increase is a lot to take in. I think I'm going to have to pass. P.S. The service has always been great here.

The food is good , portions are massive i am almoat 6' 190lbs and i could only eat half of the double bacon rancher, and most of the fries. Was good atmosphere lighting is good i think chilis is a great mid tier restaurant that doesnt get as much attention . Fod wise its very on point its standard fair its nit sophisticated cuisine it is hearty meals that hit the spot. Criticisms would be a uodsting and or remodelling of the tables n chairs our table wobbled alot. Bench seats were comfy again just an update of decore would be great. People food and ssrvice were very good.

The fajitas were great! We split the triple meat fajitas and still had left overs. The Frozen Margaritas were just the right size and mix, not watered down or so strong you couldn't drink them. We had lunch and it wasn't crowded or too noisy. We'll be back.
