The Chinese for here is top notch, excellent. So far, best we've found in Tucson. Family owned. Small, nothing fancy inside but casual, clean and comfortable. Not that well lit at night I front, so it may look closed when it's open! Highly recommend.

I live in OV and have always ordered out at GMG Chinese Bistro until their sauce got to be so thick...like syrup. I tried China Valley yesterday and wow! Fantastic food! It was fresh, light sauce, not too sweet, and the egg rolls were not greasy! The won ton soup was so good and flavorful. I'll be going back there even if a longer drive! I'm so glad I tried it. You won't be disappointed!

Can't tell you how good or bad anything is here because inexplicably this place is closed for 1.5 hours in the middle of the afternoon for their own lunch! Went here expecting to eat lunch/dinner and - nope - people were coming out like they had been thrown out. Approaching the door, a big red CLOSED hand printed sign says they are closed from 2:30-4:00 p;m. for lunch. This is the 2nd Chinese restaurant in this area with these kind of weird hours. How do these businesses survive. Nope.

I had lunch here today and I'm very pleased. I ordered the Cashew Chicken, it was delicious, not overly salty like I had in other places. The white rice was cooked to perfection and the portions are very generous. If I hadn't been so hungry I could have easily brought home half of the serving home.
Service was excellent and the place is clean and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable as well. I'm definitely coming back.

Best Moo Shu shrimp and Tofu with salted hot peppers! Friendly staff and casual dining for the family. Sesame balls are delicious, too. All the menu items are so fresh and portions are generous.
Everyone enjoys the Honey Walnut Shrimp. The shrimps are huge! I'd say it's better than P F Chang's.
The only down side is that they do close for a short break from 2:30pm to 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Their takeout orders are well prepared, too.
