2:00 p.m. 1 other person inside. Tables dirty, floor dirty..
ordered brisket bowl , brisket was over cooked-scraped bottom of pan, the lettuce also was bottom of bowl (soggy)…. People behind counter (5 of them), chattering, not interested in serving me…. (1 or 2 of them should have out on the floor/cleaning tables and floor)…I expect better for the $10.00!!
Probably will not return! This place needs a manager!

1/1 ordered a chix burrito and white Rice was SEVERLY undercooked. Try to pick that out because that was really what the thing was made of. Hard Rice. Ruined the entire meal. Opened it up and saw two small pieces of chicken. That's it. Lettuce smelled funky. Guac was watery. They were not busy and burrito was not made on the line it was slammed together on the line. The small scoop pay extra for guacamole one end of burrito only. Table for condiments dirty. I travel in this area frequently and always stay at El Conquistador. Will never be back to this place for a quick meal. Very disgusted. Had a $14 go to sleep hungry evening.

I went in and it was decently steady. I was the last person in line. Got two bowls and a side of chips and queso spent $45 rice was crunchy, meat was dry, there was hardly any cheese very disappointing

The cashier there gave me an attitude. She was rude and disrespectful. She was really bothered because I was redeeming my award points.

The guy working the register double charged me and didn’t give me a receipt, I didn’t realize until I got home and saw the bank charge for almost 30$ for one bowl, and because I have no receipt I can’t go back and contest it.

This chipotle has become extremely stingy with their portions of meat. They used to be good but have been terrible for the past several months especially with online orders. I'm done with them.

The girl at the register around 1pm could use better manners than tossing and throwing things around.
My receipt says Zayla Irie.
Please train her with better service.

I ordered Carnitas in my bowl. There was hardly any left in the pan so he gave me half spoon full of what was left in there and then when I was like, can I get a real amount on my bowl please they charged me for an extra scoop. I come here like every day I’ve never been charged this much. This place will rip you off. I got guacamole too. There’s hardly left in the pan. He did the same thing except I didn’t ask for more because there was none. ?

Unbelievable I send my two kids 12 and 10 inside order their food on their own and this place literally served them baby trays!! Yea your portions suck now but the fact that we can’t even trust to send our kids in alone to order because you’ll cheat them even more is absolutely disgusting! Chipotle do better!!

Nerp. The young man behind the counter was irritated when I asked the difference between two of the meats. And instead of asking what accompaniments I would like with my entree, he the entire time mumbling irritated incoherent words. while he slopped on whatever was required.

Had been in before and the staff was chatty and laughing, but at the time I didn’t see the harm.

At the end of the day it is apparent that the teenagers being hired don’t give a crap and the management and owners just keep letting them get away with it.

Loves me some Chipotle, but not with an accompaniment of brat.

I’ll be taking my greenbacks where I can ask questions without getting lip.

No salsa on the order. I ordered it and instead sour cream. Big difference. They need to pay more attention.

Poor service. I’ve been here several times and every single time it’s horrible. The service is awful, the employees are rude and they give you a minuscule amount of food. The manager here needs to be fired.

This is the first time I have given a one star for Chipotle. Did an online order and when I opened my salad it was pathetic. Little to no lettuce, and there was absolutely no pico, to which was ordered. There was also the butt of a head of romaine. The salad is pictured right after I opened it. Totally disappointed.
