Chipotle Mexican Grill

The burrito was huge! The staff was friendly. This was my first time at Chipotle restaurant.

The lady with the colored hair and dumb makeup was super strange and the food quality was terrible and the manager was rude. Would suggest going to another location or restaurant, very stingy with the toppings and food quality sucked everything was old.

I wanted to recognize two individuals who absolutely made my day by their commitment to excellent customer service that far exceeded industry-standard. Zach and Nora (and the entire team on Friday, 10/31/25) put together the most incredible catering spread that I’ve ever seen from Chipotle. What’s more is that they were so happy to serve me. They made me feel valued and really special. I walked out of the restaurant feeling like a million bucks. Moreover, my customers absolutely loved the display. Thanks folks!

Amazing food, great service, and a well thought out dining room. Tractor drinks are to die for. Amazing flavors in each one. Offers all kinds of salsas along side free sides like corn, cheese, pico de gallo, etc. great prices for the size given. Enough food in each entree to serve two. Kids meals are perfectly priced and offer far more than you pay for. All workers show friendliness through words and actions. Extremely thankful to be located near an amazing restaurant such as this Chipotle. Will most definitely be my go to!!

The quality of menu items is excellent.
The serving selections and possible combinations are extensive allowing for each guest to personalize their order. The results are Q uite delicious. Staff is efficient and friendly. The only thing I couldn’t get is having our huge burritos cut in half. It just makes them easier to eat and allows for us to eat 1/2 there and the other half later. It’s a personal preference. The server very politely told me that Chipotle does not have knives in their store. We presumed it is for safety which is absolutely reasonable. The food served is of quality above the usual fast food fare.
It’s as good as a full service restaurant with the fast food benefits.They have the usual soft drinks in a fountain dispenser and bottled drinks as well. Customers can order salad, main course, and desert items to eat in, carry out or have delivered. It’s family friendly

Ordered off of doordash and they barely gave me any food, tried to call to get it fixed somehow and couldn't get past the automated system to talk to a real person.

I am a superfan of chipotle, this is the worst location in Tucson. I hardly ever write reviews, but it's like they were skimping on portions so much that I had to write one. None of the other chipotles in Tucson give you this little of a portion... At least it tasted fine still
