I came in to get cookies for a service team. There were two employees making cookies and no other customers. They didn’t say anything to me, offer to take my order, or send me to the kiosk. After I put my order in they still didn’t acknowledge me, just filled the order and gave it to me. I come to Crumbl for the great cookies but decent customer service should come with the cost of the cookies.

Check your order before you leave the store. Staffing makes mistakes and will hang up the phone when you call about your concerns.

This place is amazing you are in for the best treat of your life as soon as you enter. You are always greeted and with every cookie it is treated like it is gold ( which the cookie is better than gold!) each get their own box. At first I thought that the price was crazy but it is worth every cent! Plus we can never eat a whole cookie they are fun to share and eat later! This place is awesome!!

It's a young lady that works here with a very bad attitude. Everytime that I walk in to pickup, she's grumpy. The location on Grant definitely has more smiling faces and better customer service.
