Let me start by saying this Denny's location is the only one in the Tucson area that I would consider eating at. For the last 5 years or so, it's been pretty consistent with GREAT service and GOOD food. BUT our last visit was not so great. My wife ordered an omelet with no tomatoes on it (my wife has a food allergie) and a side of fruit instead of hash browns and a vanilla shake. First, they brought her her shake in a 12 oz plastic cup instead of the large glass, and with the metal containers, they mix it in. Next, they bring her her omelet with tomatoes in it and hash Browns instead of fruit. My wife was not able to find our waitress and asked the manager (we think by the way he was dressed) if he could fix her order and told him about her severe food allergy to tomatoes. He told her he would get her a new omelet made with no tomatoes and a side of fruit instead of hash browns. 3 minutes later, the waitress brings my wife a new omelet with no tomatoes, but with the same hash browns that are still red from the juice of the tomatoes that she doesn't want and no fruit that she does want. Now, the waitress could be new, I've never seen her there before. But the manager should have been all over this because of the severe food allergy. We will go back, but probably not for a month, at least until things get situated there.

Food was as Danny's as ever. Buy the waitress GLADYS was the Crown Jewel! We had a group of 9. She kept our drinks full. Our food was perfect for each person. Everything was perfect because of her.

We went in and had Geraldine as our server! She was amazing, and had several tables to take care of! Yet she always had a smile and ready to help us with anything we needed!!!

Went to this Denny’s with my dad for lunch. The food was great. Writing this review though because of the great service we got from our waitress Geraldine. Both me and my dad walked out of there saying that was the best service we got out to eat in along time!

Not a bad experience. Just a few little things, like condiment bottles on table weren't clean, a dirty cup, broccoli that looks like it's cooked with other things, ham in the omlette was extremely sweet which didn't taste good. If you're even a slight germaphobe, don't eat here. Salad was good. Staff was busy but friendly.
An absolutely amazing experience. Food came out fast, hot and delicious. Everybody was very warm and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and Sierra was an absolute delight! Make sure to ask for her!
