Whoever was working the drive thru just now at 9:45am Friday June 27th, made me immediately drive off. Her bitchy tone and cutting me off 2-3 times while I was trying to order was repulsive. I guess this is why she works at Dunkin. I had said a handful of words before she started cutting me off not letting me finish ordering as if she was annoyed at me. It was honestly the first time I had ever experienced such TERRIBLE customer service and it’s a drive thru?? Like just wait for me to finish my order. I had to write a review cause it had me flabbergasted lmao

How difficult is it to put the correct donut in the bag? Why do they even ask what you want if they are just going to put random flavors in the bag? Is your job really that difficult? Get it together!

Papertowel dispenser in restroom was empty, even though there were paper towels in the cupboard eight feet away. One restroom door latch was stuck, the other restroom had it's sign ripped off the wall. Cashier was professional, other employee was curt and abrasive.
The donuts were a quarter of the size they used to be, like a teaspoon of filling. The quality and taste has gone way down hill , the cost has gone up… it’s not worth it .

Had to wait 30 minutes for my meal. My meal was still cold after receiving it. They had plenty of stuff at the location. Location was not even busy.

I did a mobile order. The food was good and my order correct, the service was good and I didn't go in so the atmosphere was ok I guess. I will be going back!
