They used to have a great app for dunkin lovers. But they changed it a couple of years ago. They made your points count less, decreased the award options. At the time, they had a robust offers section that incentivized you to try new options. Now the offers are trash. You used to get a bday drink, now you get a small amount of points. I used to go on the daily and now rarely.

Honestly, a disaster of an experience. There was a smashed, stepped on donut out front, which I know can’t be helped every minute of the day, but still eww. The inside was also filthy. Gross from top to bottom.
Two staff were breaking at the same time, just sitting at a table, loudly talking about their romantic lives.
Nobody was at the counter.
An off-duty staff was blocking the doorway to the back, in street clothes, talking to – I’m assuming – the store manager. Off-duty guy made eye contact with me several times, but didn’t alert anybody who could do anything for me. After what felt like ten minutes, but was probably more like five, off-duty guy wrapped up his conversation with the manager then went and asked the only person who was busy, somebody rushing to fill drive-through orders, if that staff could stop everything and make him a complimentary drink.
I just walked out. I knew the service in this location was terrible, but since it’s walkable from home, I wanted to give it a final chance. While I was standing outside figuring out where I should go instead, off-duty guy strolled by happily sipping his free drink.
I ended up at Taco Bell which felt like a dream compared to Dunkin today. I'm leaving two stars just for the poor kid running around trying to keep the drive-through moving.

I do a mobile order like I do at all the other locations so it's ready when I get here. This location demands you still stop at the order box and verify your mobile order so they can start making it. Why do they have the mobile option when they don't honor it? The workers are rude and don't smile. How did it take 15 minutes for a chicken wrap and lemonade that I pre-ordered. I will never come to this location again.
I used to come in almost everyday. Your app has gone down hill. Your bday rewards is double points now? Yall are gonna continue to lose loyal and daily customers. The staff is awesome.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts and I live in Oro valley. However this dunkin is TRASH! Some of the crew are robots and fail miserably taking simple orders. Cold brew is from like 3 days ago…. Taste like old refrigerated cold brew. I’m 100 percent it’s MANAGMENT. The doughnuts are old and aren’t even baked there. This place should be shut down and Dunkin should sue this owner for this type of service. I been here well over 10 times. First it was a hit and miss. One day good the next bad and so on! Now it’s just trash all day all night. The dunking on River is 20 minutes away but they always have fresh cold brew and fresh doughnuts. So Oro valley this manager is destroying dunking reputation. Sucks because dunking is KING !
