Ordered the chocolate glaze donuts. They tasted old and didn’t have enough glaze like they usually do. The staff is slow and hangs out in the office instead of helping the lady at the register that had to cover the window, make drinks and wait on customers inside.

I ordered a strawberry green tea refresher through doordash what even is this I can't even drink it because I don't know what is in it. It's the wrong drink ! It's also incredibly unsafe that they don't put any sort of sticker or stopper in this huge opening. It spilled everywhere and who knows if it it could have been tainted with !

TERRIBLE service. They often get my order wrong, and when you call them they never pick up their phone. I always have to go back in with the wrong order. And they NEVER apologize. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

The amount of times I come through the dt and order food and yall never give napkis. Yall didnt even give me a fork! Is this a dunkin thing? Or just this location? If someone orders eggs, bacon, and hash browns, you'd think napkins and utensils would be included, they aren't. IS this something I need to ask for every time? Or I'm expected to use my hands and wipe on my clothes? Wild

I never return orders that are slightly off but this morning I decided to go back to the drive-thru. The young lady at the window offered to make it right by fixing my order, no questions asked. She was apologetic and SINCERE about it. You don’t get a lot of that anymore, it left me impressed enough to want to write a review. Dunkin’ management, please pass on the compliment to her-she deserves it!

Whoever was working the drive thru just now at 9:45am Friday June 27th, made me immediately drive off. Her bitchy tone and cutting me off 2-3 times while I was trying to order was repulsive. I guess this is why she works at Dunkin. I had said a handful of words before she started cutting me off not letting me finish ordering as if she was annoyed at me. It was honestly the first time I had ever experienced such TERRIBLE customer service and it’s a drive thru?? Like just wait for me to finish my order. I had to write a review cause it had me flabbergasted lmao
