I swear this is this is the slowest dutch bros in all of tucson. The staff also aren't as friendly as other locations I've been through. Hopefully they'll be more well staffed soon!

This morning, I ordered my drink as I normally do online and put in my car type since I was going through the drive-thru. Normally, I go in the outer Lane and I park and wait for someone to come to me and then someone brings my drink to me. Today however, Andrea decided that she would ignore me and glare at me when I parked there. I had waved and smiled at her when I first got there, and she ignored me and went to two other cars. When she got to me she said "what did you want! "I said I have a to go order for Devy, and she said "you have to wait! You still have to wait even though you have a to-go order." I told her that normally I park there wave at the person, smile, and wait. I'm there every day and they bring it out to me and she said "you still have to wait!!"I told her okay, I will park and walk to the window. I did so and She went inside to hand me the drink and turned her back on me. I said, "You're welcome" since she was being so rude to me. She still ignored me and walked back outside. I reported her and asked the other girl her name. I also said that I will not be going there again. I guess Andrea doesn't understand that I pay her to do her job!!

Very slow service staff was kind of slow, rude and taking too much time speaking to others. I’ve been to several of the Dutch Bros™ in town and they do talk to us, but they also understand when there is a line to make it appropriate. I hope this store gets better.

The window barista was uber friendly, made small talk about local burger joints and the art sculpture near by. Wonderful customer service, drinks equally good.
Kid-friendliness: My son gets flavored hot cocoa, his favorite is a "grasshopper" basically mint hot cocoa.
Okay I think I'm definitely becoming a fan of Dutch Bros. Their coffee is really really good and by that I mean it's tasty not bitter. On top of all that I think the people that work there are so friendly and actually like working there! No attitude just how can we help you. I might be switching over from that other place!

One of my favorite DB locations. They're friendly but not over-talkative, quick, efficient, and my drinks have all been satisfactory to-date! The parking lot makes getting in and out tricky at times, but I still prefer this location over others.
