Waitress was fabulous. The appetizers stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon as were the pork rinds and devil eggs were delicious. Entrees was 3 meat platter,
the sausage was great, the pulled pork dry and the brisket was tough because it was pulled out to early. The vegetables were cold, but the seasoned fries were hot and tasty. The cornbread was good.

Food is tasty for sure. The Mac and cheese bombs were awesome, the brisket was good and the ribs had decent flavor but were a bit dry for my liking but the service was phenomenal! We will be back

Amazing customer service, incredible bbq and veggies! This was our first time in and Eli welcomed us and waited on us - what a charismatic, friendly and caring guy! We felt like instant friends. Not only was the bbq incredible - perfectly cooked, exceptional sauce and quality meat (especially for my husband’s Southern roots), but my Cobb salad was made from the freshest, best tasting ingredients, topped with scrumptious chicken. The green chili cornbread and pork rinds were also tasty! Our food came out super fast and we even got a table visit by one of the owners, so kind and welcoming. From the beautiful dishware to the sparkling bathrooms, exceptional food and customer service, Fork and Fire knocks it out of the park on all levels! Can’t wait to come back in!
my wife and I drove all the way from the east side at 45 minutes, first time. my brother sent us a gift card so we could go try their breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. We were happy we did go their. Excellent service and the tenderloin sandwiches were outstanding. still have enough on the giftcard to go back. thanks brother and Fork and Fire.
Great food, service was amazing, martini exactly the way I like it. Not the best with names but Lisa(?) was great! Will be back soon!

Food was fine but my waitress did not come back to my table, 30 min no service. Had to ask someone else for my check.

Waitress was not only attentive but attractive and apologized for the delay in receiving my order. This young lady needs a well deserved raise. Sorry I am old (62) didn't get her name.

Third visit. I prefer the food to be a bit more spicy. My friends love it though.

Having grown up with Kansas City BBQ, I can be kind of skeptical about barbecue in the desert. But I don't need to be anymore because this is some awesome BBQ! I had the brisket sandwich and the meat was tender and flavorful and melt in your mouth. My dining companion had the pork tenderloin sandwich, and proclaimed it the best one she's had since she left Kansas City. Our server, Sam, was a fantastic server. He was friendly, personable, he has the most awesome smile and he really made the overall experience a fantastic one. Don't lose him! He almost talked us into the peach cobbler, but we were so full! :) We will definitely be coming back soon!

My wife & I have wanted to dine here for a couple of years now and so last night was the night. I let our server know it was our very first visit and she thanked us for coming in. The crowd was small because of the super bowl, but the televisions were so loud we could barely even hear our server talk to us. My wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich on the pretzel bun. While the pork was hot and tender the sandwich was very small. The French fries were hot and very tasty, but the vegetables were undercooked, and the side of coleslaw was so small it could have fit into a shot glass. The biggest disappointment however was my dinner of spareribs. I ordered the full slab and at $39 my expectations were pretty high. I cut one of the end ribs off and was very surprised to find it was about 75% fat. I cut into another and found it quite fatty as well. I said something to the server, and she told me someone would come over to talk to me. I cut into the other half of the slab and found a couple that weren't too bad, so I kept trying to make the best of it. I'm kicking myself now for not saying my dinner was unacceptable. Someone did come over and ask about the ribs and asked if I wanted something else but since my wife and daughter seemed to be enjoying their meals, I said no. The truth is the ribs are the reason I decided to give the restaurant a try. On the menu it says, "the best, meatiest ribs in Arizona, smoked to perfection." I'm sorry but these were some of the worst I've ever had. I suffered from indigestion later that evening from ingesting way more grease than I should have. Last night was our first visit and it was our last.

This BBQ restaurant is way UNDERrated! I have been here twice now and both times, I have been impressed with every single item we were served and the service. Their Ribs AND their Pulled pork are phenomenal even the 2nd day. Truly no sauce needed! OH AND try their Green Chili!! It did not dissapoint!! If you are looking for a Keto, Carnivore, or Paleo meal out this could work for you! I was so in love with my dinner I forgot our servers names. PLUS+ This place is CLEAN, too. From the table to the restrooms! If you are looking for a great place to host a private party, office meeting, Anniversary party or any excuse to gather a bunch of people and eat good food, they even have a private room, that could be opened to the patio. I wish I lived in Oro Valley or Tucson or Marana I would eat here more!! 😋 oh and their deserts are the PERFECT ENDING!

Unfortunately I don't think this place is worth the money. The food isn't that good for the price and there is a lack of attention to detail on the servings and food. There aren't many BBQ options in Oro Valley, however so not much competition. Probably a good spot for Happy Hour, but not worth a Saturday evening out.

The crispy chicken sandwich was 2 frozen chicken fingers, not good at all. The Margarita wasn’t good, definitely not what you get at a good Mexican restaurant.
