Tried to get ice cream in the drive thru. They couldn't understand what we wanted so we left.
Excellent staff very friendly restaurant looks super clean. in the middle of a rush and everyone was on point. Thank you and great job!!!

Extremely disappointed. Didn't eat the food this visit as my last order was wrong but this visit just made it worse. Went with my parents for the 8th-10th shake promo, with the coupons ( I have the app downloaded). Wanted to treat my mother for her bday. The service was horrible, not very inviting cashier, they wouldn't sell/honor the coupon that I had received THERE a few days earlier. Just disappointing because for one, wasn't honored, but they didn't offer any remedy even though I have the app they said was required, maybe they weren't advised/trained about this promo, whatever the disconnect may be. Just solidified why I do not like to eat here, overpriced for what it is, order always wrong and never feel welcomed by staff.

Love Freddy's but its expensive got a brisket burger medium meal with cheese curds for just myself and it was 18$ not happy the cheese curds aren't very cheesy get cold fast but can't complain food was ok

Freddy's Oro Valley staff is wonderful. They are always so friendly and welcome! The food is always delicious! This is by far favorite location!

I love the burgers here, especially the California style. The fries get cold fast but they are still pretty good!

The food is very tasty. The California burgers were great, but the seasoning is a little salty, but it's so good. I had a side of onion rings, which were just what I wanted. My husband had a strawberry milkshake, which he rated 7/10. My only complaint is that the condiment/soda area is a mess. That's a management issue, for sure. We will return to try another type of burger.
