I used the drive thru this particular day. And the service was exceptional from the ordering to the delivery of my order. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh!

Carolina who was taking the payment at the first window on Saturday at 12:30 was just awful. She just saw us there and ignored us and was messing with trays while there was a long line of people waiting. She then kept fiddling with the receipts and refused to even acknowledge us while we sat there for 5 minutes. The line was moving fine until she got to us. I don’t know if she had an issue with us or what but then she gave us the fakest smile and finally took our money. She shouldn’t be working there if she has issues with people. We went in and asked for the manager Jocelyn said it was her fault because Carolina was in training. Ya she was doing just fine until she got to our car.

Every single time I eat at In and Out, I get an upset stomach. They're more interested in serving the line of cars than the customers inside. Grew up in CA, and In n Out, but for me, bot great!
Was 1st time to eat In & Out. All was employees we nice and respectful. Burger was very good. Will eat there again.

Of the fast food chains specializing in burgers, In-N-Out is the best for me! The burgers are delicious - even if they are simple and the choice is limited - and that's what makes the restaurants strong. I am amazed each time at their high quality, especially for their low price, much cheaper than in Europe. Besides, it is a shame that the brand does not go international.
