I love Jersey Mike’s subs! I’m lucky enough to have this one nearby when I’m in town. The food is always good but it’s the staff and atmosphere that set it apart for me. The guy who works the day shift makes all the difference! Love this location!

I absolutely love the subs at this place. And they're usually quick at the locations I frequent. However, we places an order online because we were in a bit of a hurry and didn't want to wait. Ticket said it would be ready at 6:01. I was STILL waiting for my take out order at 6:15. Two people even came in after me and got their orders before the employees finished making my online order!
Probably won't visit the oro valley location again...

The service at the Jersey Mike’s in Oro Valley today (Saturday around noon) was excellent. Even with the busy lunch rush, everything moved fast and smoothly.

One of the managers, Jared, was working and he always goes above and beyond — quick, friendly, and he makes every sandwich taste amazing, The food taste different when he’s working. He knows so many customers by name, and plenty of people clearly know him too.

This location is lucky to have him. Highly recommend stopping by when he’s running the line!

Stopped by Jersey Mike’s today and I have to say the employees working were absolutely awesome! They were super friendly, worked quickly, and still managed to make the sandwiches perfectly! What stood out most was how welcoming they were—it felt like they actually enjoyed what they were doing and cared about the customers. It’s not often you walk into a place and leave smiling just from the service alone, but that’s exactly what happened here!! Definitely appreciate the great energy and customer service!🤩🤩
