Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich place! I order delivery regularly or I take-out. Everytime I go in the staff are always friendly and helpful. The environment is always clean.The reason I gave 4 stars is because the amount of meat varies each time I get a sandwhich. Sometimes the meat is a decent amount but other times there is not as much. It would be nice to get a consistent amount of meat each time especially when I'm ordering delivery since I am not physically able to see them make it.Overall, the sandwhich is always tasty and the environment is friendly and clean.Parking: I would like to mention that parking can be a bit rough to find sometimes especially when it is busy.

I don't normally write reviews on chains, but I am making an exception. Listen, I have never had a bad sandwich and I personally love all the subs. However, I am not here to rave about the food. I am taking time out of my day because I believe these employees deserve recognition. I love going to this specific location (Oracle) because of how friendly and energetic the staff is. From the beginning of the line to checkout, every employee greets you, asks how your day is, smiles, and you can tell they thoroughly enjoy their job. And I have been in on multiple occasions and they have been the same each time. Today, a whole softball team had been through and ordered on top of typical lunch rush and the guys were still in great spirits and never skipped a beat. Thank you for always making my day and providing excellent customer service. It's refreshing to see service workers happy with their job. These guys deserve recognition and a raise. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location.

Waited 45 minutes for order on 03-08-2024. Finally had to leave and the Manager would not apologize. Too busy slicing meat not managing the store. Will never go to this store again and will make sure our friends and neighbors will know NOT to go to this location. If you order via text you cannot even remotely believe in the time frame for order. NO ONE knows what is going on in this location. Would give minus stars if we could. First time ever in giving review for anything

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up. Waited 20 mins even thought I showed up when it said it would be ready. Not a big deal they were a bit busy. I got my order and left. I paid for two sandwiches #13 and a #11 and between the two sandwiches had less the 3 oz of meat. I piece of VERY thinly sliced meat and cheese on both sandwiches. Totally over priced for what you get. A GM needs to QC this store because it’s one of the worst JM in the area. We will not return to this store again solely due to the quality of the food.

This sub shop sets a new low bar for stupidity and plain greed. I ordered a BLT sandwich. Not complicated, right? Oh so wrong.What I received was 2 pieces of plain dry bread. That's it. No filling at all. Just 2 pieces of bread.When I called them they tried to say they didn't know what i wanted on the sandwich. Uh how about bacon , lettuce and tomato? They sure charged me full price though. 2 pieces of dry bread?! Really? We'll never order from the again. Honest mistakes I can overlook. Laziness and just plain greed are deal breakers. Do NOT patronize Jersey Mike's. They richly deserve to go out of business.
Subs are good but are very expensive but can feed you for 2 days when you have them cut in

I ordered a sandwhich with the App. It says 30 minutes to pickup. I arrive in 20 there is 1 customer in the store. I assumed the 30 min was maybe wrong but thought for sure they would make the food once I arrived. Nope. They said it would be awhile maybe 20 min. Anyone that walks in gets their sandwhich made first. The app is garbage. Just walk in and order a sandwhich it is faster. I asked for a refund because I did not have 20 minutes to wait. The fellow making the sandwhiches was pissed that he had to come over to the register and issue the refind. He angirly peked away at the scren, no apology. I told him I thought it was BS that I ordered well before arriving and that he was filling orders taken after mine. He said if I was going to have a bad attitude that I should not come back. I cant help but think that since I did not give him a tip when ordering I get the low grade service.

Subs are on par with what they should be. However the service is poor as more than 4-5 times now we’ve arrived either on time or even a few mins late and we’ve had to wait 5 minutes or more for our subs. This last time we were 10 minutes late and I still had to wait 5 extra minutes. Defeats the purpose of place an order on the app.
