5 stars for service, 3 for the food leading to a generous 4 stars. Our shish beef kabab Take-out dish consisted a portion of saffron rice + one tomato + one pickled cauliflower piece, then your meat.No sauces/condiments which made the whole thing a bit dry and uninspiring. The meat was good quality and had some flavor, but the other ingredients just didn't have much taste. Condiments would really have helped here, also for the visual presentation. With the otherwise smooth ordering and friendly attitude this could easily be a full 5 stars once your Take-out will include some condiments to dress up the plate - for instance, little cups of tabouli and humus - something commonly served at restaurants with this dish.

This was our first visit and needed help which the friendly owner was happy to provide. He guided us to two excellent kebabs with rice. Very good and plentiful. It won’t be our last visit.

The food is quite good but it's way over priced. You get half as much kabab as you need but twice as much rice.

Always great food and great service! Be sure to get some of the garlic sauce to add to any dish!
I stopped in this evening for dinner based on other reviews. They were not wrong! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Arash, who personally checked on me to ensure I was happy. I had the appetizer sampler with dolmeh, babaganoush, tabouleh, and hummus with bread. Then I had the beef kubideh and lemon garlic chicken kebabs which came on a bed of savory saffron rice, a roasted roma tomato and spicy pickled veg. It was all absolutely authentic. The tabouleh was made with fresh lemon juice, bulgar wheat (this is important: as a garnish, not an ingredient!) The babaganoush was creamy, smokey, drizzled with tahini and paprika, just delightful. The kebabs were amazing, tender, juicy, flavorful chunks of chicken and beef. One of my closest friends is from Syria and worked as a chef, and operated his own catering business. I've been fortunate to enjoy some pretty amazing meals, to the point that it kind of ruined going out for Mediterranean food. Arash's restaurant is a rare exception! Too bad it's 848 miles from where I live.

As you can see by the picture, the food was simply awful ?? kidding. I forgot to take a before pic because it smelled so good on my drive home it was all I could do to not eat it along the way.We ordered take out for pickup at a delayed time and the food was fresh and ready as soon as I walked in. The owner was there to greet me and knew exactly who I was when I walked in, even though it was my first time (but definitely not last!!!) there. There were skewers of seasoned meats available for purchase that looked absolutely amazing, and the skewers of tomatoes roasting smelled divine!!This place is a rare local hole in the wall family owned place that lives 1000% up to the hype and then some. We will definitely be making a habit of eating here!!

I visited here with a friend on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't too busy, other individuals and larger groups coming in and out as there is also option for takeout. There was plenty of seating inside and outside the restaurant. The set up of the seating and overall store design felt abrupt, furthering the notion takeout may be the main avenue for customers. The man who helped us was nice and delivered our meals to the table, which was also nice. The food itself was very very good. I had never had this cuisine before so I wanted to get a variety, and my friend and I had the falafel plate and dolmeh as appetizers. The falafel was really delicious and I was told by the man who helped us, that they make it fully themselves and is a homemade recipe. The tahini and pickled vegetables that were served with it were perfect compliments for the dish. The dolmeh was very interesting. It was made with quality (which is something that can be said for all the items we got), but we just didn't like the taste all that much. Personal preference, and not due to the restaurant. Our main entrees were delicious as well. I got the Sultani with chicken yogurt as my second kabab and my friend got one of the stews. The rice for both dishes was very generous and very delicious. The kebabs were also delicious, but I preferred the chicken yogurt over the beef. Again with the sides, I loved the roasted tomato! Next time I will ask for another.Overall if you are new like me to middle eastern cuisine, let this restaurant be your first option. It's a low-key atmosphere, quaint, and the quality really speaks for itself. The Persian tea is also very nice. I'd never had it (per the theme of my visit), its very floral and calming, though it is a black tea.The only other thing I must mention is the prices are fairly high for a single person, depending on what you get. The Sultani entree I ordered was $17.99, but it definitely was $17.99 worth of food and quality food at that.Thank you Just Kebab for being here and I can definitely see myself having a craving for your food. You have gained another customer in the future!Parking: Parking is on the side of a shopping plaza, and is at a slope. The spots themselves are decently sized but due to the inclines and declines throughout the driveway, it may be a little unorthodox to maneuver.

The greatest tasting food in Tucson! Best lamb I have ever tasted and the other meats are top notch as well! Don’t miss out on going here, it will be worth every tasty morsel of food dancing upon your taste buds like a perfect symphony of flavor.

We love Just Kebab and get takeout a few times a month. The kebabs are flavorful and always cooked perfectly. The grilled tomato and rice are so good and accompany the kebabs well. Chef Arash is always very friendly at the helm of the grill. We usually add a green veggie that we cook at home to round out our meal.
Nice little Middle Eastern place. No real complaints. Owner was very friendly. Large portions for a fair price. Tried the lamb, chicken, and beef kabobs. The food was good — but if I’m honest, I wouldn’t call it great food. The 4.8⭐️rating perhaps skewed my expectations higher. But overall pleased and have a full stomach.
