I would say the food is decent for a grab and go. The older white male is rude and unprofessional. The lady at the counter made a mistake unknown to us. I was trying to make it right and pay the difference, but he was combative and agitated by our conversation as I was trying to understand what went wrong. At the end, the older white male argued with me over a$3 dollar pastry. Glad to see he has business sense. I'll never be back. How's that for my answer! Ill go to Baggins! Bad business decision have consequences. I'll make sure my employees know not to visit this establishment. Enjoy your $3 pastry it's going to cost you significantly more!

We came here for the first time a week ago and saw they had a chocolate tasting in a week. Well, we came and all the pastries were extremely delicious, and we got an entree with it. The value for the price is beyond amazing. Our host was Lynn and she was fantastic, she made us feel welcomed and happy to be there. The food and environment are great, I'm very happy I've found this place.

Food was great. However the employee sitting in the dining are wrapping gift baskets was obnoxious. Talking very loudly on her headset that was obviously a personal conversation using very foul language. It was not comfortable at all felt like I was having lunch in a bar.

Went here for the first time with my family and it was wonderful. We had the sub and soup combo and then we all got a desert. The cheese cake was delightful and the staff was great. We ate inside and hope to return when we are back in Tucson in the spring time.Parking: Plenty of parking.

I can only speak of the to-go bread and not the menu items.I've purchased several loafs of bread and I haven't been disappointed. The bread is fresh, tasteful and worth a few extra pennies for eating good bread. The place is clean. The staff are friendly and there's plenty of free parking.

It's a cold day in Oro Valley, and I decided to get a bowl of soup. Kneaders always has great selections so I head over to get a bowl for lunch. I chose a bowl of Potato Bacon to bring home. The price seems to have risen - $7.99 for what looks like 8 ounces. My house is about 4 minutes away, and the soup is lukewarm when I open it up. Worse still, the chunks of potatoes were half cooked, at best, and the flavor is extremely salty. No more soup for me from Kneaders. The place has been slowly declining in quality along with the value.

Other than the one time where I showed up 30 minutes before closing and knocked on all the doors, which were locked early, and stood outside like an idiot until I decided to bang on the drive thru window to get the attention of the older, bigger, dark haired woman who was clearly inside on the phone with her friend and who seemed very annoyed by my presence and my questioning of why the store was locked up so early, its been good. The important thing is that their bread pudding is an addiction of mine. Warm it up and then put on the icing. Trust me.Parking: Omg, there's parking for all. Relax.

Really want to love this place since its so close and we love bakery fresh bread, but just not impressed with the quality. I'm no baker so I can't say what's off exactly, but very doughy and just missing something. The baguette is nothing like a good french baguette from other bakeries for example. We end up preferring grocery store bakery bread. Maybe we were spoiled elsewhere.

Excellent Lunch! We had two of their salads...Turkey, Bacon, Avacado, and BBQ Chicken. Both were excellent...fresh and very large. The service was very friendly and fast...couldn't be happier!

They are always out of bread! I've gone 3 times for their nut bread or wheat. Nope, none!!!!
