I got the yellow curry with chicken and extra rice. It was so delicious and it was ready quickly (only 10-15 mins). I’ll definitely be back!

Yummy. Go lower heat than you usually do. Mild is quite spicy.

The green curry fried rice with fried tofu was delicious and the level 2 spice was a great kick and great flavor.

I agree with others- way inconsistent and unfortunately they just don’t care about the customer. Food was somewhat undercooked, skimpy on the hot sauce completely, tried to charge nearly $4 for a can of coke, and forgot peanuts in the order. To begin with, it’s not even good Thai food if you’ve ever been to great Thai places (Pheonix, etc).

Vegan Vagabond

This place is clean and friendly and has a pretty standard menu, typical to a Thai restaurant. There’s nothing on the menu specifically saying that it’s vegan, but the staff seemed to be fully versed on what Vegan is. I got a red curry with vegetables and a spicy green papaya salad. Everything was good.

Decent Thai food. The Tom Kha was good, though I asked for no onions and got onions. The Panang Curry was good. The Pad Thai was average, noodles were ramen size, and not much chicken as other reviews have said. The mango sticky rice was really good, and Thai Iced Tea was good. They seemed a little rushed, though I did order at 5pm on a Friday. Maybe slowing down with more love in the cooking would help.

Food was average but the atmosphere guaranteed I will never return. While eating our soup & appetizer and waiting quite awhile for our main dishes, the owner began berating our waitress about a bathroom break. She was loud and completely unprofessional. We were disappointed with our dishes, but hoping dessert would salvage our meal, but had no appetite after that disgusting behavior we sat through. Will NOT return.

We ordered the panang curry and pad thai dishes. Curry was a very small portion, bland, and the only veg in the bowl was green pepper. Pad thai was passable.

The food is great. It tastes fresh and fairly authentic, which I'll gladly take since very few Thai restaurants outside of Thailand taste completely on point.

My only complaint is with the service. Like many restaurants in Oro Valley, this one tries to get by with a severely understaffed crew. I can't fault the single server in the entire restaurant juggling taking orders, bringing out drinks and food, responding to questions and requests, etc. She has a hard job, but many requests were missed and some requests for spiciness were clearly mixed up between dishes (mine, which I ordered very hot was completely bland and my girlfriend who ordered mild had her dish very spicy) - and that's a problem because they have signs all over their restaurant saying they will not issue refunds because of the spice levels. Well, if it's an issue on the restaurant's part, they're going to have to address that.

The food is good, so I'll come back, but this is a message to the owners: don't skimp on staff. You're on the brink of driving loyal customers away. Make the experience at your restaurant a good one.

Really tasty Tai with your choice of how hot you like it. My choice had a nice little pop of spice with lots of flavor.
