Stopped here for a Daily Double. It is advertised as a sandwich with cheese. I had ordered one at another location and it came with cheese on it, as it should. But this is McDonald’s, so no. Mine came without cheese. Apparently this location’s “cooks” don’t know what’s included on their advertised sandwiches. I was only in the area for an appointment, and when I return in the future, I will NOT be coming back to this particular restaurant. It’s a simple sandwich. Learn what goes on it. 🤷🏻♀️

No stars. I ordered breakfast at a McDonalds by my home and when I got to work it was the wrong order. There was a McDonalds next to my work (30 minutes away from my home) so I went through there drive through and explained and asked if they would be willing to trade my wrong order for the correct one. She said yes and took my order from the first McDonalds and asked me to go to the second window. A woman (the manager based on shirt) then opens the window and says my order was not from her store, she already through it away, and she cannot replace it. I obviously ask if she joking. She begins to scream at me to get out of her drive through. I was in such shock and fear of her rage that I complied. But I will forever deeply regret not pulling out my phone and capturing her madness. I called corporate to at this report this woman and of course, they will have someone else call me back... never. Please do not go to McDonalds.

There were like 6 orders that they got mixed up, waited in the drive thru for ever. When we got our food, the fries were anemic looking. Sadly this is not the 1st time something like this happens at this location. The 1st time we thought, maybe its just a bad day for them, but twice now? Not going back here.

Come here if you want lukewarm food, sauces, and gummy fries. Always out of seasonal or promotional orders! I cant believe this place has 3.5 stars(5/27/25) unless they do internal reviewing by employees, supervisors or managers. Hands down THE WORST McDonalds I ever been, and I lived in 4 different states!

This location is fast and clean. Fast attention towards customers. I congratulated the manager about that and he was a young man who was very professional. His name is Pablo. It's nice to see young people who are good at their job. He and his crew were busy bodies

We started picking up McDonald’s as a Friday tradition after soccer. Ordered my meal by calling out the number and asked for it to be a large size. All my years coming here whenever you order by the meal number that means the meal. The person on the intercom repeats my order and asking “did you want the meal or just the sandwich?” I get to the pick up window and they’re handing me medium size drinks. Kindly told the girl I had ordered a large size. She proceeds to show me my receipt says medium for the drink even though the fries say large. She tells me “oh when you order a large meal it comes with a large fry only but a medium drink. What?! Since when?! all my years ordering McDonalds I’ve never had to specify a large drink separate. The worst part wasn’t learning this for the first time. It was the shitty attitude of the girl at the window. Immediately defensive just because I pushed back a little on this apparently long standing policy on what a “large” meal means. No big deal, i will specify moving forward. Anyways, get home and this was how they placed my son’s fries in his happy meal. They really showed me. But this is the typical attention to detail you can expect at this location on First and Oracle. I will say this was the very first time however, they at least got our order right. No exaggeration. The very first time since we moved to this area in 2021.
