We used to love this place and were regulars. The pizza and salads are very good, but I have to say that their customer service has been in a consistent downward spiral. Probably the last 8 times out of 10 we have experienced poor customer service during the ordering process.
The whole concept is that you are paying for unlimited toppings on your pizza and salad, yet the employees act annoyed if you ask for “more cheese on your pizza” or “a few more pieces of Canadian bacon” in your salad.
I’m sure it can be a tough job some days, dealing with rude customers. But we’ve never been rude to anyone here. In fact, the employees at this location are so unfriendly and down in the dumps that I almost feel the need to ask how their day has been and try to make them feel better. Either way, it’s getting old. I’m not sure what the problem is, whether their corporate office needs to bring in secret shoppers or offer additional training.
Also, and this is purely observational on my end, they should probably consider a more efficient way to process phone/online orders so that the in person customers are still given good service. Perhaps when the store is busy on both fronts, the workers are overwhelmed and that is why they seem so unpleasant and unhappy.
I’m on the fence about coming back here. I know the company isn’t doing well financially, but IDK.

We are vegetarians and really loved Mod Pizza. We completely customized our pizza, adding all of our favorite toppings while leaving out the things we don't enjoy. It made for a pizza that was perfect for us—literally the best pizza we've ever had!

❤️ Love to choose what I want on my ?. Well priced, quick and delicious. The pizza makers seem to want to make my pizza for me!!! Really nice place to go or eat in!!!

We came in fairly close to closing and everyone we talked to was so sweet and kind and patient with our 3 year old daughter. My daughter ended up making a HUGE mess when she spilled her juice and she melted down. The staff again was so kind and patient cleaned up the mess without a second thought. We will definitely return based on the service alone!
