Dude it changed so much. What's going on? Did ownership changed? I'm so sad. Noodleholics used to be the best noodles in town. Please don't go the bad way any further.
I used to go to this oracle location pretty often like every week. Then I moved farther and went to the grant location more. Today just happened to be around foothills so decided to have my lunch here.
The beef shank used to be large and juicy like melt in your mouth. Today they're one third of original size and very dry. Barely any tendon in the meat.
And before the team is super friendly. Always greet you warmly. Always ask if you want extra chili oil and else. But today dude. The cashier seemed not familiar with her work. And obviously not enough working hand so they're so rushed. I saw a lot of customers conversation were interrupted rudely.

This is a good spot for a quick nutritious lunch. The House wonton mian, the guilin and the chow fan with tofu are all delicious. Their service is great so I recommend this restaurant.

I got an order of the Sizzling Garlic noodles with shrimp added, an order of crab puffs, and a coke. The noodles were fantastic! Perfectly cooked noodles, not rubbery, dry, or clumped together. And the sauce it was in (not a broth!) was a red chili flake oil with their vinagrette dressing. A great combination of flavors. If you really like spicy things, you could probably handle more heat than this gives, but it is spicy! The shrimps were a nice neutral flavor with the sauce on the outside. The crab puffs were perfectly done as well, incredibly crispy and not hard at all. Great atmosphere and the waitresses were very friendly. Will be coming back! Thanks!
