We came from Colorado to celebrate my wife and her twin sister's birthday. Though the atmosphere was great, and the restaurant was clean, the service was horrible, and the margaritas were weak.

We could not taste the liquor in the margaritas, it seemed nonexistent. One of the four of us ordered the endless salad, soup and bread sticks. After the expected first salad bowl and 5 breadsticks arrived, that was it! Refills were not offered at all.

When the other 3 entrées arrived along with the first bowl of soup, a second salad was requested. The server acknowledged the request, then began talking to a couple at the table next to us who were her regulars.

She talked with them for 18 minutes as they discussed a house she was purchasing, along with other topics. It was long enough that the other three entrées were finished before she came back to our table. At that time, she asked if we wanted another bowl of soup. Our reply was that it was a little late, and she offered to give us a bowl to go.

The point of ordering food in a restaurant is to expect to be paying for the ambiance, atmosphere, and have an enjoyable meal together, not take out or take home.

Order and to go order, order was 15 minutes late after the text said it was ready for pickup. My mistake I thought the drinks were in the bag, my mistake no drinks didn't notice until I got home. I called the restaurant and the staff was apologetic but no recourse from restaurant manager who's name was Daniel. Highly disappointed no attempt at service recovery.

We ordered 1 meal and split it. They brought us 2 plates with the meal already devided. Still all you can eat salad, Rolls and pop refill. Perfect and all at a great price.

Me, my husband and my daughter went out for dinner and it was pretty good. My daughter got the spaghetti and meatballs, my husband got the chicken parmesan and I got the grilled chicken Alfredo. My daughter and I say the Alfredo was the best of the main dishes. We also had chicken gnocchi soup and salads which were delicious. The service by our waitress was outstanding! She was very attentive to our needs and checked in frequently. It wasn't too busy so there was no wait and we got our food quickly.

Always a good experience. However they always seem to want to see this in the bar which we do not like. In the winter it's freezing in there.
Otherwise quite pleasant.

Very disappointing, pasta was cold and chicken was rubbery/inedible. Really sucks when you pay $50 for a to go order and the restaurant doesn't care enough to include the plastic silverware that you asked for. Why even give the option to request plastic silverware online if you aren't going to include it anyway? Get it together, not that difficult.

A really good value. I love their salad and fresh baked bread. Their red wines are very drinkable and reasonably priced. Though that is the perfect meal, I usually order an entree instead (which comes with the same great, all you can eat salad) because then I can also order any of 4 entrees to go for 6 bucks. This time I ordered 2 of those entrees and also took home half of my tasty lasagna too. Like I said, I love the salad and fresh baked bread. Lunch the next day and dinner for 2.

The only thing I'm not crazy about are the booths. They're a bit small, cramped and close together. Far from enough table top space when 4 patrons are seated. But once seated it works because the servers are very good about clearing dishes which occupy every square inch.

But then it's no big deal and in every other respect a very pleasant meal. Every time.
