Carly was our waitress today and we plan on requesting her service next time we are in (hoping she’ll be there to assist us) She went out of her way to provide the best hospitality to us and was very personable. Carly, thank you so much!

I picked up an order to go. Everything was great.

Pleasant dining experience for a Friday evening. The dining rooms are spacious; the atmosphere pleasant. Our server was friendly and very attentive. Our wait time for food service was surprisingly quick and our food was well prepared. The dining room was clean and well kept. The price for 4 adults to done was reasonable.

They need to clean the walls and ceilings.
Otherwise, food and service was good.

The food was good and the service was excellent. He was very kind and funny.

Service was sensational on my birthday dinner with my daughters.

Picked up food today. Entree was completely missing, too far away to speak to someone, definitely not going back there again.

Our first time visiting an Olive Garden and we were very impressed. Service was outstanding and food was served in a timely fashion and came out hot and fresh. Dined with friends and all 4 of us said our meals were delicious. Can't wait to revisit and try some of the other meals. They all sounded so good that we had trouble deciding 😊

Our visit to Olive Garden was fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Ashley! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. But the real highlight? She let us in on what we’re now calling the “secret third” dipping sauce.

We had no idea this sauce even existed, but Ashley made sure we didn’t miss out—and wow, were we glad she did! It took the breadsticks to a whole new level. (Seriously, if you haven’t tried it yet, you need to.)

On top of that, Ashley’s service was outstanding. She made us feel welcome, kept everything running smoothly, and just made the whole meal even better. If you’re at Olive Garden, ask for Ashley—and don’t forget to request the secret third dipping sauce!!

Service was awesome! Packed house on a Thursday night and the entire staff was first rate!

The hostess at the front were rude and refused to make eye contact when we came in to check in. We realize that when you do the “Join Waitlist” before arriving it is an estimate BUT when you are waiting for 45+ mins with other people that are also waiting but the host keeps seating friends, it gets frustrating. The manager then came out and asked if we would be willing to put together tables or pull up a chair to make a party of five, we said ok but asked if the other party of five that was there BEFORE us got sat. They had not so we told them to seat them first. Then we received a text saying we had been removed from the waitlist and they were sorry to see us go. That was the tipping point. This Olive Garden has the worst service I have seen. We will NEVER be back to this one. We will stick to the Tucson Mall location. They are fabulous
