This location literally never gets a pickup/drive through order right. Always missing items. Cashiers usually kind of rude/unfriendly. Their pastries are pretty bad nowadays too. Panera used to be a favorite of mine but is really going downhill.

It has happened too often, like today, that none of the items we ordered -on the Panera app- were as we ordered them. One sandwich had no avocado, whereas the other sandwich had avocado when it was not supposed to, AND the cheese was left off; the salad had none of the onions that were ordered.

Panera is, basically, unreliable.

Best experience ever at a Panera Bread. One employee stood out his name is Koston. He was all over the restaurant addressing any ones needs including taking your dirty dishes away and clearing your table. Staff at the front extremely helpful! Great Job!!!

Not good to write home about, but the service is sure fast, the staff is kind, and it is a amazing atmosphere. I only go about once a month, but the staff always remembers my name. It is a good place to study during the day.

Pricey, excellent food, not really good sides choices, lots of drinks and private seating, clean restaurant and bathrooms..

Ordered 2 soups, didn't receive any spoons to eat them with. Why don't you give spoons with soup? How are we supposed to eat it without a spoon? Get it together, the job is not that difficult.

wanted to get a sandwich and hadn’t been to panera in awhile, nobody greeted me when i entered and i was left alone up front for OVER 10 minutes. literally no one else was in the place, and the drive thru was equally as empty before i came in. when an employee finally came to help me, they were quite rude and seemed annoyed to be helping me. threw my food at me when it was done, and gave me dirty looks when i stopped to check and make sure my food was still intact. might as well leave while you can if you see the girl with red hair working up front. very rude. i will NOT be back.
