Panera Bread

Ordered 2 soups, didn't receive any spoons to eat them with. Why don't you give spoons with soup? How are we supposed to eat it without a spoon? Get it together, the job is not that difficult.

Average at best food. Service is subpar. Changes to menu have not been for the best. Panera has lost its appeal in the past few years.

wanted to get a sandwich and hadn’t been to panera in awhile, nobody greeted me when i entered and i was left alone up front for OVER 10 minutes. literally no one else was in the place, and the drive thru was equally as empty before i came in. when an employee finally came to help me, they were quite rude and seemed annoyed to be helping me. threw my food at me when it was done, and gave me dirty looks when i stopped to check and make sure my food was still intact. might as well leave while you can if you see the girl with red hair working up front. very rude. i will NOT be back.

Nobody greeted me when I came in. When I stood at the counter there was a staff member wiping down the bakery section never said a word to me. Cashier never said a word even when I stood in front of him. Cashier must've been special needs which he should not have been at the front counter. He got my bagels stuck in the cutter and imperfect still gave them to me in one single bread plastic bag and handed it to me did not put it in a brown Panera bread bag. Placed my receipt on the counter and walked away. On top of that what I was looking for was not in stock. I was looking for fresh raisin bread since it is a bakery that sells bread and there wasn't any. This was my first time in years and I am a member and stop coming for the quality and now this. This has ruined my energy for the day I can't shake it. This is the second time and if you're ordering you can literally stand at the back pick up counter and they will not say be right with you, what's your order nothing. It took 30 mins last time for them to toast my bagel. It's too expesive for this poor quailty and mistreatement. I will not be back.

If you want chicken broth and not chicken soup and don't want bread with your bowl you should go here. Got home and opened my bag and LAUGHED. Just go get a container at Fry's at least they include other ingredients. The manager Rebecca seemed unaware when I called her & unconcerned - not offering up a refund, apology or anything but mostly awkward silence until I hung up.

Mexican street corn chowder 💛💛💛💛. Extremely good food and baked goods for a chain. My only complaint is there isn't one close to my house.

The ciabatta cheesesteaks was delightfully pleasant (did not cut my mouth)

My wife and I come to this location quite often and the food is usually okay. I just went there this morning and ordered a Bacon Soufflé for my wife. I get home and it’s wrapped in paper(which it’s usually in a box). The whole thing was burnt and not edible. Will be staying away from this place for a while as obviously it’s something that was done on purpose.

I was very disappointed

This place has the absolute best caprese sandwich and Mac-n-cheese. Wish there was one closer to my house because I’m always craving their food. I usually get my food to-go on grub hub, but when I do go in everyone is typically friendly and quick with the food.
