Of all the times I have ever visited a Panera, this experience and this location was the best by far. Ellie (who took my order) was so patient, professional and friendly. She made sure I received my promotional discounts and she frequently came by our table to ensure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed. I have never experienced that level of attentiveness at any Panera location before. Her service was unparalleled! I will be coming back often. Thank you so much!

Very good sandwiches for breakfast, even if this is surprising for the French that I am (we eat sweets in the morning). The Latte coffee was very well prepared!
For the price, the portions could be a bit larger.

Fantastic service! I had a work function and called in a larger oder the night before. Kind of short notice. The evening manager nailed the order. Was very helpful. The morning crew had the order prepped hot and ready to go on time. I highly recommend this location. ?

I did customize my order, which they got right. But also, the grilled cheese was barely grilled. The cheese wasn’t even fully melted sadly. The tomato soup was really good and warm, and I loved the croutons in there. I had a classic cinnamon crunch bagel that was delicious as always!

We got a green goddess and a tuna sandwich on 10/02/24. My wife and I both got food poisoning. The only thing our meals had in common was lettuce. I called the location and the girl who answered was rude and didn’t care. Corporate was more helpful, but Panera is clearly having issues since this comes on the heels of their deadly lemonade. Won’t be going back.

I'm seeing a wrong transaction on my card from this cafe. I've tried calling the cafe but no one picked up. Can someone help?

Went there for a business 1-1 meeting, mid morning, no trouble finding a good spot to talk, coffee was fine, wifi worked great, good place to meet.

Even though, for some odd reason I had trouble pulling up my app with the Chopin attached to it….the drive through lady honored it anyhow! Great customer service! It was my free bday gift for being a member, so I would have been really bummed if I couldn’t get it.

Ordered BBQ chicken sandwich, and was served with hardly any BBQ sauce. I've had bland food at Panera before, but this was just awful. And the second sandwich we ordered and requested no mayo. It was slathered with it.

Hubs got the Italian and said it was good and he would have it again. I had the tuna it was tasty but it was falling out of the bread with every bite
