Good cheese pizza

We ordered delivery back in June 20th and the food was not cooked and my husband got sick from the undercooked chicken. We called the next day and talked to the manager named Zeta said they had someone being trained and we weren’t the only ones that called and complained. She said she’d process a refund. We never got the refund so we called again and she said oh looks like it didn’t work but she would make sure to process it. Here we are now on July 8th and still no refund. It’s one thing to have horrible food and blame it on “someone being trained” but it’s another thing to be lied to about a refund. We have been very nice about it but we are very frustrated and don’t know how else to get our money back besides leaving a bad review.

Over priced why?

Ordered two medium pizzas and garlic sticks online from this location. I ordered it for pickup, so I didn't feel like an 8 dollar tip for just making my order was justified. I gave a $3 tip and prepaid. I went and picked up the pizzas and when I got home I noticed that a sauce cup of the garlic sauce that Papa John's puts in each pizza box was completely open and that the oily sauce had leaked all over the pizza in the box as it well as the box underneath. It had to have been deliberate in order to cause a mess because it would have gotten on whomever put it in the box if they weren't careful. It was also placed in the middle box of the three box stack. I can only guess that they did this over being unhappy with the undeserved tip they got. I went online and filed a complaint with Papa John's letting them know of this occurrence and asking to be contacted by email. This was several days ago and I have not been contacted. I do not recommend this location. If the employees would do this, who knows what else they might do to your food.

The guy that served me was awesome. Top notch service. He was very open to make my pizza however I wanted it !! 👍🏻

Absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had. I'm not sure if it was the thin crust or the meat. One half was garden salad other was meatza. It was bitter. I am very concerned about what when wrong this time. Yuck!!

Rarely do I review a place, but this specific store is incompetent. I order a Hawaiian BBQ chicken & bacon. Onions & jalapeno onions on one side. First, the pizza didn't have pineapple. Instead of bacon, it had ham. Then to top it off, jalapeno on one side then onion on the other. Who would do that? Were they high?

Why would I want a pizza from a place that advertises making a cheese stuffed pizza on National TV without gloves? In any day and age this is inappropriate, but today, with so many health issues why wouldn’t the corporation want to acknowledge and honor these concerns?

So papa johns doesn't deliver pizza. They outsource to door dash. The door dash driver was RUDE when I called papa johns to complain I was hung up on. Called back. And was hung up on again. This makes my future pizza choice very easy. ITS NOT PAPA JOHNS THATS FOR SURE.

I will never order pizza from here again. I thought I would try papa johns because I haven't had it in years. I was reminded of why! I ordered a double pepperoni double cheese pizza, and it was the shaq-a-roni. Where was the double cheese and pepperoni?! It definitely was not on our pizza! I asked for it well done. I ordered my pizza and went to a store to kill some time. It was just around the corner from Papa Johns. As soon I put my car in park, I get the notification it was done!!!! I called and spoke to Mike, I believe he was the manager. Customer service was horrible! I ask "Mike" I placed my order about 5 mins ago for a well-done pizza and got the notification it's done. Mike says you placed your order 8 mins ago it takes 10 mins for a pizza to cook and a couple more mins for it to be well done. It was 8 mins, bro!!!! Mike definitely failed the assignment! The pizza was so disappointing. Not good! We gave it a shot, and Mike failed us. Papa John should really rethink about who they have managed a store. If you want great pizza, i recommend Marcos pizza! If you're in Oro Valley!

We love Papa John’s pizza and this particular location goes above and beyond to do an amazing job with great customer service. The manager Michael Smith is fantastic and would be a great manager of any type of business.

Tried the Dbl cheeseburger pie. Well it hardly had any meat at all! Very little of other ingredients as well as poor distribution. Just a disappointing experience.

I had an order tonight that had a mistake (I’m not sure if it was the app, my own error, or the store) but I called the store and without a second thought, the manager working tonight remade the order and is having it delivered. I didn’t catch her name (she told me, I just forgot?) But anyways 5 stars because they fixed my problem without hesitation & they deserve it! We will be back!

Ordered 2 pies for delivery. Arrived quite undercooked. Raw dough. Called them up and the re-made and re-delivered. 2nd pies arrived hot. But I asked for well done. And they arrived hot but appeared to be normal baked. Not well done.

Pizza was fast, accurate, good.
