Very slow service. Waited forever to be met at door. Server seemed a little lost.

The shrimp linguine had the shrimp tails in it, never did before. Server said oh it comes that way. No it doesn't. I had to pick thru and pull off the tails. The shrimp scampi was warm not hot and very salty. The food quality wasn't that good except the cheddar biscuits (always good) Gone down hill in my opinion. I dont get to eat out very often so this was very disappointing. Won't be going back, and that's sad use to love this place.

The restaurant was experiencing. Ore customers than usual. Service was great but it took us awhile to get our food. Waiter kept us updated and apologized and offered us a free dessert. Dinner was still absolutely delicious.Parking: Large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces available.

Hadn't. Eaten there in a few years, the biscuits were not as good as before, the portions smaller, and so much larger price. I probably won't be back. The staff was great.

Four of us had lunch there today. Two ordered the fish & chips, two ordered cheeseburgers (requested medium). The fish was a large, 8-oz cod, truly the crispiest I’ve ever had anywhere. However, both burgers were dry, bland tasting, and overcooked (but hey, maybe one shouldn’t go to a fish place expecting the yummiest burgers). The server and manager, who separately asked about the food were sincerely apologetic — they wound out taking off the charges for the burgers. Service was very good, but getting the food was a little slow, given that it wasn’t overly crowded at the time. I would go back to try their scampi or the fish & chips again. I gave the four-star rating more for the excellent fish & chips than for the mediocre burgers.Parking: Ample, free parking.

Just left. They sat me and my husband in the bar area. We had to listen to our server talking and laughing with another employee for about 10 minutes before being asked about our drinks. Not busy at all. I am understanding when places are busy. But inconsiderate service no I am not understanding. Came to reliable Olive Garden instead.
This is a Standard Red Lobster, good service. Stuffed flounder was to salty and shrimp had no flavor.

Our favorite steak and lobster place, Outback, recently closed. For Valentines day, hubby and I decided to go back to Red Lobster, a place we haven't been to for about 8 years. Our Saturday night dinner was so far below our expectations with regards to the food that it's very unlikely I will ever return to a Red Lobster. Everyone we interacted with was very nice. No complaints there. We each ordered the steak and lobster, upgraded to the filet mignon, upgraded to add salad, and added one side of shrimp. The lobster was so bad I actually scuttled my third bite into my napkin. It was chewy, tough, and had a slight fishy smell to it. I've never had lobster like that. It was gross; usually that is my absolute favorite at Outback. The filet mignonwere meh. Much smaller/thinner than Outback, almost no flavor. Hubby's raspberry tea seemed more like flavored Tang than tea. It wasn't clear like tea, it was partially opaque, like suspended powder mix, and did not have a good taste. I will say that the side of garlic shrimp was super hot and very good, and we enjoyed the biscuits. Our food was served surprisinly quickly. In fact, we received our dinner plates before our salads. Perhaps Red Lobster will assess whether our experience is part of a trend or a one-off. Either way, including tip and two non-alcoholic beverages, we spent nearly $150 for a 2-person meal that was thoroughly offputting. We'll drive the hour to the remaining Outback next time and at least enjoy what we pay for :-/Parking: Plenty of parking with easy, fast access to the restaurant.
