I am from the Phoenix area and have ordered from several Rosati’s in Phoenix. My go to pizza is the Chicago style.I ordered delivery from this location while in town. I was not impressed with the Chicago pizza at all.? The topping ratio seemed off? The pizza wasn’t nearly as thick as it should have been. The pizza was also overcooked.I was extremely disappointed, and if you are used to ordering this pizza from other locations, you will not be impressed.The dough nuggets were also overcooked. Huge disappointment.On Valentine’s Day, we decided to give delivery a second try and we ordered the heart-shaped pizzaIt was adorable and we had no complaints ?Unfortunately, we will not be staying in the area anymore so I cannot give it another try to find out if it was just the employee who made my particular pizza, or if it’s the standard there?

We ordered a half cheese half pepperoni 18 inch pizza. It was delivered fast and was just like the pizza I had from Monicals last summer in Illinois. Will order again.I did not like that the THURSDAY promo for a 4$ half dozen wings would not work...

My party of 4 received very frightening service from a male bartender. After ordering pizza, several appetizers and drinks from our waitress. We were promptly handed the receipt by the bartender and told by him to leave as we ate too much food and that our cocktails/ drinks used up half a bottle.This act seemed very hostile, so we asked for an explanation and if the restaurant was closing soon and the worker said no, so we asked for a manager. Coming from a restaurant background myself, this seemed very odd and discriminatory. The manager herself said she’s not sure why the bartender would refuse service, as we had paid for our order in full, we’re not belligerent or drunk, and there’s no 2hr dining time limit.After seeing us talking with the manager the bartender asked us what else we wanted to order, which confused us and the manger that was defending him. I asked the bartender if I ordered anything else, would he poison it and he did not deny?. The female manager laughed at his response, but I didn’t find it funny. We left fearing for our safely and as a loyal patron of 5yrs that orders food for our weekly company meetings, I’d like to let management know of this scary behavior as he should not be allowed to scare away high paying repeat customers.If I would have seen the service of this bartender sooner I’d never spend another dollar.
