This is hands down the worst dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. Terrible food, I’m not sure if anyone who works there have ever tried Mexican food, but it tastes like a Fry’s salad put into a cold store bought corn tortilla.

Ok Rubios is DELICIOUS!!!! My favorite is their Shrimp Burritos oh my goodness my husband and I will travel for these they are soooo good. Also I truly dont know any other place besides maybe an actual sit down and order kind of restaurant where you could go to get food like Rubios. Also another favorite that I would suggest to try is there gourmet Tacos oh my goodness your taste buds will dance so good!

My experience here was not the best. First off management needs more training. We can hear the manager named Dan yelling at his staff from the back. First off this is already unprofessional. I was shocked by the way he was treating all the staff there because he shouldn’t be yelling at them the way he did. He was slamming dishes, And had a really bad attitude. And that was on Monday. We gave it a second shot for taco Tuesday. It was worse that day. The people that were in the restaurant knew it was busy. I don’t know what that manager was doing. Food was stacked up On the window. We had cold fish tacos that night. I just strongly believe we need better management here at this location. No staff member should be yelled at especially when it’s so busy. Please do better treat your employees with more respect.

My girlfriend and I recently dined at Rubio’s and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Shortly after eating, we both developed stomach aches and ended up vomiting. We’ve enjoyed Rubio’s in the past, but this incident has left us concerned about food safety. I hope the management looks into this to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Also, the employee who took our order had bloodshot red eyes and seemed visibly impaired and really struggled to take our order. Whether he was tired, sick, or under the influence, it was very unprofessional and concerning, especially with handling food.
