First Smashburger will be my last. Fries were severely over fried. Burger was super basic. Employee was on the phone talking about her relationship issues to someone while taking my order 🤣 and that didn’t even bother me! I get it sister, times be tough. But the burger and fries tasted like doodoo! Gross. Definitely not smashtastic.

Food is great taste-wise! However, I ordered avocado on my burger and there was *maybe* a tsp at most on there. Can't expect much from day food servers but really. I paid an extra two bucks for that.
Front employees always friendly and accommodating, but the place kinda feels like it's dying. The fact there's only ever been a couple other customers there at the same time as me makes me think three place might not be around much longer.

Interior of restaurant was very warm, as if heat was on. Gentleman on register seemed a bit lost when taking my order. Restaurant was empty. Help wanted signs posted. One would hope any new employees will be trained properly. And someone needs to address the very warm interior. That maybe is the reason for no patrons.

Joseph was exceptional today. My son and I stopped by to enjoy a pair of root beer floats and burgers before heading home. He was incredibly kind, polite, and exemplified the ideal of excellent customer service.

I liked the music in the place. The food was OK, nothing special. The prices were outrageous. 3 patties and cheese with no bun or veggies and it cost 25$?!?! That would be 5 bucks at Innout for the same taste. Plus I had asked for pickles and it came with none. The guy had to reorder my buddy's food as the cooks lost it. There was another table I overheard they completely forgot one of the orders. Not impressed. Don't recommend.

This was my second attempt trying a Smashburger. It was gross the first time and even more gross's the second time. Even their fries are bland and tasteless. I’ll never waste my money eating at Smashburger ever again. I also wasn’t impressed that the tables were not wiped down after use.

My smoked brisket was good, my girlfriend's burger was good, but for the price it should be great, not just good. We ate at serial drillers the week before and it was borderline good/great for 20% less.
