I went around 7 pm on a Sunday, ordered two burgers one was completely wrong so they had to remake it the other was assembled so terribly the sauce only touched half the chicken. Tots were smashed on opening. Used to really like this place now I can say I’m never going back for

Over $14.00 for a burger and fries. they also ask for a tip when paying for the food. I have had it with that nonsense! The burger was nasty and dry as the desert! The $4.00 fries were ok, but small quantity. I could’ve got a double double and fries for over eight dollars at In-N-Out. I regret my decision to go to Smashburger, again.

My father, who is almost 95 years old has eaten at the same Smash everyday for the last 12 years, mostly since his wife passed. Gets the same thing everyday, Smashburger and 2 chocolate shakes. As soon as they open they have his food ready to go in the morning. Anyway gotta believe this is some kind of record and believe me it’s true, I’m one of the people who picks up his food everyday.Parking: Easy in and easy out

The chicken strips were horrible! They were hard as rock on outside then mushy on inside, not sure if they were even cooked , more on raw side, fryer was set too high, made me sick after one bite, gross, ive eaten at several other smashburgers and never had this issue, I will not be back!
Average bland burger for a ridiculous price. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
