So I’ve had a really good experiences at this location. The employees are very friendly, and they go beyond to make sure you get plenty of extra cold foam in your iced drink if you want extra cold foam. I haven’t tried any of the food yet, but the drinks are awesome. I’ll definitely come back here

Just found out the secret to getting a good drink at Starbuck's Fry's location. You have to TIP. Technically, they don't accept tips, but the guy in front of me asked for 'Adrian', handed her a nice tip, and got a special beautiful Carmel Macchiato with LOTS of caramel. ( half the plastic squeeze bottle went into his drink ). So ask for Adrian, and leave a nice tip.

Nice atmosphere. Not too loud. And, although they were running around like the proverbial chicken with its head cut off, trying to service their customers, the service was abysmal.
18 minutes we had to wait for 1 Americano, 1 cup of water, two iced teas.

Starbucks new/ current CEO is responsible for putting their brand in the toilet with McDonalds style timers (customers can’t see them) and reducing employees counts so what used to be a friendly place where the “baristas” would engage with the customers who were paying for exorbitantly priced goods … now it is a cattle call.
Nice chairs. Nice interior. Terrible service.

It's Starbucks. Pretty much the same everywhere. Staff are great, food is and coffee are not. The only place where heavy cream in the coffee always tastes like half and half.
