The young female cashier made a mistake when ringing my order up. When I questioned it, she had trouble resolving it, so her co-worker helped. That wasn't the bad part. When she gave me my drink, she didn't put the lid on tightly & it spilled all over when I got into my car! I think she did it ON PURPOSE! Her co-worker was fine -- that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars.

I was served by an amazing young lady named Alyssa who was not only have phenomenal customer service but also was able to hold a conversation while perfectly making my drink. If I could I’d give her ten stars.

Went yesterday morning with plenty of time to spare before I needed to clock in to work, right across the street. First the card reader was not letting me bypass putting in a store loyalty number, and when I mentioned this, one of the baristas said in a rude tone that it was asking for my pin…but I hadn’t even put my card in yet. Eventually I paid, and waited…and waited…and waited. Neither of the two baristas acknowledged me. Eventually I had to leave without my drink that I paid for so that could make it to work on time, but while I waited the baristas were telling regulars that it was such a busy morning for them due to all of the mobile orders they were receiving. I don’t know if Starbucks requires mobile orders to be prioritized over customers standing in the store, but that was certainly the case yesterday. I don’t think I’ll be back at this location, even with it being across the street from my place of work.

I went in Friday evening 12ish, I placed my order with a man extremely friendly (I am not very familiar with ordering a coffee because I usually do it thru the app but he was extremely patient and helpful) My drink was amazing, it was made to perfection, I should have gotten a bigger size lol! It’s a ways from my home but for the service and the perfect coffee it will be definitely worth a 15 minute!

Would rate higher if they would wear gloves while preparing food. You can clearly see the food person while you wait at the drive thru window , not once have I seen one wearing gloves.

This is a great rest stop just off the loop. We had a sandwich and coffee. Friendly staff. Much too cold inside. The air conditioning could easily be turned down a few degrees. This is apparently the largest Starbucks in Arizona and California.

This Starbucks is located inside the Fry's. I'm not a coffee drinker but my regular order at Starbucks is Iced Green Tea Lemonade. I stopped by this location this morning and I honestly was in and out in under 2 minutes! Can't complain about that. The employees were very friendly and my drink was correct.
