The team at this Starbuck’s is the best-of-the-best! It can accommodate an order of any size and at any time. I recently placed a large and complicated order for one of my customers. Through a highly coordinated effort between one of the PM managers (Mel), AM managers (Eric), and General Manager (Emily), as well as the entire AM crew, my order was ready on-time and to perfect accuracy. In fact, Eric even made a large make-shift carrier out of a cardboard box and multiple small carriers. Not even one drop spilled in my car! When I need a coffee/breakfast order done and done well, I can always rely on the great folks at this location 🫶🏻!

It’s Only Coffee, Right?
No. It’s a blessing to someone like me. A gift from God indeed and I wanted to thank Mel and her PM crew for being His vessels as they humbly served me after my very long absence. I came back and had my first cup of decaf Pike Place from the Clover Vertica brewer. I literally cried in my car while drinking it as I was grateful for that little reminder of how much I’m loved. I guess that was far more than just a cup of coffee.

I ordered banana nut loaf warm it was stale and disgusting and I had a strawberry frapp and it had no flavor from Starbucks a couple weeks ago. The customer service sucks whether I order from there of if I'm picking up a doordash order they customer service sucks period.

This is a great location for study, reading a book or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The dining area is open, spacious and inviting with a lot of comfortable seating and some fine work spaces.

Starbucks is what it is - usually a good product, typically pretty expensive. But this Starbucks was huge! Easily the largest Starbucks either my wife or I have ever been, other than the Starbucks Reserve Roastery we went to in Chicago. The staff was very nice and the drink was made quickly and accurately.

1. Source your food and beverage items from real food sources, not lab grown. 2. Tel this to Starbucks corporate: you need to treat all of your employees much better with more pay and HIRE MORE PEOPLE at their stores, especially this location. It’s a rotating door here at this Oro Valley location. 3. Double check that any food items you’re out of are appropriately labeled as such with the logistics of the Starbucks app; picking up an order only to see “sorry we’re sold out of this item” written on paper isn’t professional, looks bad on the employees, the store, and Starbucks as a whole. I should be able to see, per store (and it wasn’t bad before now), exactly which items are sold out. If they’re sold out, don’t let people purchase them. 4. Every single beverage item should have the option of determining how much ice, or any ice at all.

Well you could say we have lived here! Last ten yrs. Getting old is old. Food is what it is, good stuff comes and goes. Coffee is coffee. Bought a nespresso and well we make our own now. But we try to get here once in a while. Miss all the old workers and their family. I know change has to happen. We all change! You will too. Frank, Shauna, and so many others! Y’all have fun now ya hear!
