Starbucks is what it is - usually a good product, typically pretty expensive. But this Starbucks was huge! Easily the largest Starbucks either my wife or I have ever been, other than the Starbucks Reserve Roastery we went to in Chicago. The staff was very nice and the drink was made quickly and accurately.

1. Source your food and beverage items from real food sources, not lab grown. 2. Tel this to Starbucks corporate: you need to treat all of your employees much better with more pay and HIRE MORE PEOPLE at their stores, especially this location. It’s a rotating door here at this Oro Valley location. 3. Double check that any food items you’re out of are appropriately labeled as such with the logistics of the Starbucks app; picking up an order only to see “sorry we’re sold out of this item” written on paper isn’t professional, looks bad on the employees, the store, and Starbucks as a whole. I should be able to see, per store (and it wasn’t bad before now), exactly which items are sold out. If they’re sold out, don’t let people purchase them. 4. Every single beverage item should have the option of determining how much ice, or any ice at all.

Well you could say we have lived here! Last ten yrs. Getting old is old. Food is what it is, good stuff comes and goes. Coffee is coffee. Bought a nespresso and well we make our own now. But we try to get here once in a while. Miss all the old workers and their family. I know change has to happen. We all change! You will too. Frank, Shauna, and so many others! Y’all have fun now ya hear!

This is the best Starbucks in the Tucson area. It is one of the cleanest coffee shops that I have been in.

Starbucks is always good the oatmeal cortado packs a little punch and gets you moving!
Super friendly and eager to help. I enjoy this new location - lots of space, parking and, of course, the good free Wi-Fi.

The staff are friendly.
Good location, good people, good coffee. 4 stars for food because event the eggs have milk in them.
I ordered a vente black ice tea with light ice because I wanted more than four drinks out of it, they said no problem and I watched them put mostly water with a little bit of ice tea lol are they running out of tea at the factory or are they trained to rip me off. It was super obvious that it was watered down and I tried to ask them about it and they pretended like no big deal. Anyhow for $5.00 I was disappointed and went home and made my own tea for probably $.50 the whole idea was to get some caffeine with the wonderful flavor of black tea not water tea LOL Thanks
Didn’t know they changed their free water policy so when my wife was in the drive thru and asked for some she was met with a pretty rude response. She asked to speak to the manager at the window where she was met with a very condescending manager. Told my wife to go over to McDonald’s and get free water and while she is there to “do your research” about their new policy. Very low chance of us returning.
“You are beautiful”. Today is my Earth Day 🌎. I woke up with a heavy heart. Decided to get out of bed and get my free Starbucks drink. This venti chai oak latte came with a spirit message that i needed. I took a sip and it was heaven and made everything worthwhile it’s just the little things. This was my joy capture of the day! To the barista that did this, tysm ❤️.
