Sad experience from a usually consistent brand. Visited this starbucks for the first time. I ordered a large coffee with cream and pumpkin spice. 5 minutes later, I ordered a latte for a client. 10 minutes go by and the latte is ready. I tell them I still need my first order and they tell me they are working on it now. My client arrives and we talk for 45 minutes while I wait to hear for my order. After we finish our business, I go back to the counter and still no order. 1 hour and they tell me they had no idea. I had planned to use this location for more meetups, but I think I will choose to find a coffee shop with better attention to their customers.

This Starbucks feels like an acuall coffee house. Large inside. Room for people to sit on their computers, read a book, or socialize. This place feels the way a coffee house should be. Not too many Starbucks in the area pull off actual coffee shop vibes. Apreshate the space and the friendly service.

For as busy as they were. The order
I’m usually on the go, always in a rush and needing that 2nd wind aka my caffeine (mom life). So it’s refreshing when you place your order and you pull up either by drive through or walk in and hearing “Hi Brenda!”.
I know it may sound little to nothing to others, but seeing how busy they are themselves and still making a mental note of who you are truly go a long way.
Special shout out to the morning staff who are always on their A game!! Thank You for making people smile!

My cinnamon dolce cappuccino was ok.
I also ordered a Mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot of mocha and one of expresso. I was very, very disappointed in both the flavor and the texture. The added shots are to intensify the flavor. This means that less of the bass liquid must be used in the mix, or it's as if nothing extra is added. The texture was milky because the ratio of liquid to ice was way off. It was a waste of money. It was not the flavor or texture of the icy, refreshing Frappuccino that we go to Star Bucks to enjoy.

We are typically at the mercy of the cafe near us, right? I must say I've encountered some individuals here who probably aren't meant to be in customer service. However, today when I walked in although the employees were busy (per usual) customers were being greeted with a good morning and the gentleman overseeing the he mobile order addressed me by name when picking up my order. It started my day on the right foot and I'm very impressed with the culture at this location. I might just be picking up a coffee, but a smile and a greeting goes a long way, Keep it up!

The coffee is great if you like it their way. The wait is horrible. The staff does not multitask so if a phone call comes in that becomes their first priority. Whomever owns this franchise should be kicked to the curb. Staff learns from owner misses customer expectations and is tipped less. Everyone loses. Except stupid franchisee.

I agree with the afternoon crew being absolutely slow and not being accommodating and acting like they don’t enjoy their jobs or being there and do mot look happy and then on top of it don’t explain anything about the drinks and I’m about ready to give up on Starbucks anyway unless you get a plain cuppa coffee and just do Half-and-half it’s nothing but sugar drinks and I’m just over it and I’m mostly over the cost of everything associated with the company

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks multiple times a week for the past 2 and a half years now. Their morning crew is rockstars. Little wait, greeting us at the drive through window. But the afternoon crew is a mess and today was the last straw for me. Wait times in lines are insane, it’s a common occurrence where we pull up to the window after placing our order and no one greets us at the window, matter fact there was no one for over 5minutes. It took me raising my voice to get someone to give us our coffee and be on our way. After finally getting someone’s attention after another 4-5 minutes they told us 3 drinks weren’t ready yet.I recommend getting coffee in the morning here, not the afternoon.

Starbucks should want walk-in customers but they're not able to support them the way things are now . it was almost impossible to get an order in and even harder to get the completed order because everyone working there is swamped by mobile orders. If they want to continue the walk-in business, they need to dedicate a person to do only walk-ins. I was pretty much ready to leave by the time I finally got my coffee. Definitely not a good experience.
